Apartment holiday rentals in Demi-Quartier

This was my first Airbnb experience and what can I say! The accommodation was worthy of a hotel room. Everything was very clean, tidy, modern, with everything you need available (shower gel, soap, raclette machine, toilet paper, dishes). There is a car park at the bottom of the residence but at the end of the day it is full, however, you can park just below in the chairlift car park (free). The residence is quiet, with a view of the mountains. I recommend it and we will come back if we pass through Saint-Gervais.

Yolia's accommodation is very clean and functional is very convenient realistic compared to the photo For a Weekend or Weekend If I don't need it yet, I'll gladly take it back good value

Great place to stay in Megeve.

Great spacious location, great location in the city center and gondola. We had stayed as a family with a child and a baby, and everything was well equipped especially for the baby, In addition, parking available in the residence, and the host is very available by message, We had a great time, thanks again! Just a quick note: we felt a slight stress during checkout, because we knocked at 9:59 am as we finished getting ready. We understand of course the importance of respecting schedules, and we appreciated the kindness of the person who was waiting for us, but a little more margin would have made the checkout more serene.

Beautiful flat located at just 5 mins walking from megeve center. The surroundings are beautiful and the balcony is huge. The flat is great for two and has everything you’ll need . Lolita ( admin) is very friendly and helpful . Excellent host.

Very good stay at Karine's, very responsive host, the instructions to find the apartment were very clear! We had a great time during our stay with an incredible view of the mountains and a perfectly clean and well-appointed apartment! I would highly recommend

The place was amazingly peaceful and beautiful. 10-15 minutes drive to Mont Blanc. A gorgeous village and the host was so nice. Will definitely go again and recommend. Just a little note for guests. Please keep in mind that restaurants serve food until 2-3pm lunch and closes until dinner and shops close very early at 6pm . I highly recommend to get all you need if you are cooking and have kids.

We had a great time in this beautiful apartment! Everything was perfect: the accommodation was impeccable, very clean and very well equipped. The view from the apartment is absolutely spectacular. The fact that towels and sheets are provided is also very appreciable. Finally, Marie-Aimée was very responsive and was able to arrange for us to arrive an hour later than authorized. Thanks again for everything! We will not hesitate to come back next time!

Erika's place is great. Very clean and comfortable space, with everything you need. The location was very convenient, so close from the main activities in Chamonix.

A very well-designed apartment. Very functional. Close to the beach of Menthon Saint Bernard... small walk in the evening with the lake and its changing lights.

Full studio, very well structured and organized, a warm and comfortable environment to spend the season. The location is perfect, very quiet, at the top of the mountain, next to the ski slopes of Praz-sur-Arly and close to Megève. The view is incredibly beautiful. Rose is a very kind person, she gave us all the right instructions and is always available to answer questions. I recommend it without hesitating!

Very responsive host (Small problem dealt with almost instantly!) with good communication. Clear instructions to get in. Central location that was also quiet . Easy to walk to local restaurants ( good recommendations from host) even with my crutch ( notes there is 2 flights of steps to flat) Immaculately clean & well presented studio flat. We didn’t do any cooking but simple hot plate & microwave, fridge & Nespresso coffee machine. Hot shower.

Amazing view for this peaceful, clean and very well decorated accommodation, about 20 minutes walk from downtown (very pleasant walking tour). The Spa is a real plus, great services. Excellent stay, to be repeated:-))

Excellent stay in Charline's apartment. I recommend without hesitation, everything is very clean, tidy, very well arranged with lots of practical amenities, all in a cozy atmosphere. Very nice view with a very nice terrace. Charline is very nice, accommodating and responsive and knows how to give us good advice for hikes and restaurants nearby. Ideal location to do everything on foot in the village. We will definitely come back!

A cosy appartment with a phenomenal view, very well located in Arcs 1600 with direct access to ski slopes. Nice terrass too. Good parking place as well where the car is parked safe and shielded. Excellent communication and clear instructions on how to get there.

We had an absolutely perfect stay! The apartment was great: clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. It immediately feels like home. A huge thank you to Elise, the owner, who was lovely from start to finish. She is warm, welcoming, always available and full of good advice to discover the region.
