Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Demre

We were very pleased with the holiday we had for 1 week, the house pool cleaning was very nice. Mr. Kerem helped with everything from the first moment. Hope to see you again 🤗

Positive aspects; The house was exactly as it appeared in the photos. The whole place was super clean. The pool was well-maintained and lovely. The garden was very beautiful, we even picked fresh onions and added them to the dishes. The towels and beds were very clean. When you woke up in the morning, the birdsong was peaceful. It was very nice to have a fireplace and a barbecue. It was in a very safe position. Negative aspects; The lock system of a sun lounger was broken. It got stuck in my hand and my finger was seriously damaged. The hot tub's jet didn't work. There was almost no internet connection. Areas open to development; The area between the pool and the vegetables is very empty. You can add or animate something there. There is noise as construction continues in the villas next door. It can be preferred after the construction is finished. The carpet in the living room can be changed, there are stains, it is disturbing. My advice to those who will come by navigation is to come to Göcek and take the back road. When you enter from Dalaman, the road is incredibly bad. Apart from all these, it is a place that should be preferred and visited easily.

Cemile's place is perfect. The bed on the second floor is done the way you see the sea first, when you wake up. Great feeling, very nice. Kitchen is perfect, BBQ zone is great. Please note, the location is quite private, so you'd better have your own transport (rental car or smth)

Everything was very clean and tidy. We were able to meet all our needs related to the place and the environment. As stated, it was very close to everywhere. The fact that it was close to the road and there was noise did not bother us much. Only the pool was smaller than expected.

A complete oasis of peace. You are completely spared from everyday stress and annoying people. You are completely private. If even locals drive by/going by, they can't see anything. The house and surroundings are simply a dream. I can only recommend it for those who would like to protect their privacy and love nature. You could expand the kitchen utensils a little but you can cook great despite it. We were there for 5 days, I wish we could stay longer. Mr. Tarkan was very helpful and was always available. The pool was totally clean and beautiful. Long talk briefly, I highly recommend it.

We went for the holiday. The house was clean and tidy as described. I can say that all the needs of a family of 4 were foreseen. There are local markets, businesses and restaurants within walking distance. You can measure the distance to the sea and choose from a few options. Since it is very close to Fethiye center or Ölüdeniz by car, you can meet all your needs. We were very satisfied. The pool on the roof was very clean and useful. We spent most of our time at home here. We never had any problems with Mr. Barış in terms of communication. He provided quick answers and quick solutions to problems. Thank you very much.

Wonderful place surrounded by nature Perfect spot for who want a piece of tranquility and privacy immerse in the beautiful nature. The villa is 20 min far by car from Fethiye The description matched with the reality The host is always ready to answer to any request at any time. We felt like at home Definitely a place to come back again

It was a suitable environment for my wife, who is well isolated from the surroundings and is hijab. We felt that the house had a soul. It was thoughtfully arranged and spacious with its garden. The information and photos of Hüseyin gave about the house were exactly right, and there was even more. A place suitable for a nice relaxing holiday. You can order your needs from local markets, but there are a wide variety of things that can be done by taking advantage of the amenities of the Villa and not leaving the house. So it's good to do a nice shopping and go. Because you don't want to waste time constantly in Kaş or Kalkan. The only thing to note is that it will be beneficial to have a private vehicle to arrive at the Villa. Zâten Hüseyin informed us about this as well.

It was a nice accommodation. A great experience for anyone planning to stay in the Kabak area. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

You will feel yourself at home. Ms. Ayça is extremely friendly and helpful. Everything has already been thought of at home. You don't feel any deficiency

We stayed at Buket's place for a week and we enjoyed it so much we didn't want to leave. The apartment has a wonderful balcony with a jacuzzi which you could sit and look at an amazing view of the bay surrounded by snow capped mountains. The apartment has everything we needed and was very comfortable except the bed was a little hard for us. Buket communicated very effectively although we didn't meet her, we were fortunate to meet her charming father and her beautiful mother. We both loved Kalkan and hopefully one day we will return to stay at Buket's beautiful apartment.

We stayed at Meltem’s place for two weeks and would definitely recommend! The location is great, as it’s close to town and whether you have a car or not you won’t have issues as there’s also a dolmuş (bus) stop close by. The view is lovely, and being a bit higher up means you get some mountain breeze! The apartment itself was also lovely, and clean! We had most things we’d need but as we were staying a little longer there was the odd thing missing - but Meltem was very helpful and would immediately bring anything extra we asked for. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning to Kaş and would love to stay here again! Thank you to Meltem and her husband for a lovely stay 🙏🏻

Sanitary layout: The host tidied up very cleanly!!!!And it's big!There are two balconies, and you can see the sea from outside!I feel like the living room can accommodate up to 8 people!It's really like home, and the host is very welcoming!And a huge kitchen!But we don't cook.There's a mirror on the wardrobe!There are two bathrooms, and the air conditioning is perfect! Location: We just arrived in the town and sent a message to the host, and he came to pick us up at his house, and it should be about five to ten minutes to drive from the town.More suitable for self-driving travel! We didn't use the washing machine and it was inconvenient to order takeout, the host and his son were very enthusiastic in helping us solve it!Including that we didn't have a car and it was inconvenient to go to the town center. The landlord picked us up and dropped us off during the two days we stayed! Finally, we took a photo with the host!I really like the host!!!!

Great place to stay. The apartment had everything you needed. The apartment is clean. Lots of parking nearby.

The house was spotless, the view was great. The host was very caring. There was nothing missing in the house. When the sofa bed in the living room is opened, it is a little uncomfortable. When it is used as a bed, it can hurt your back if you do not put a duvet or something on it. Although it is a loft, the slope of the ceiling in the area of use is never a problem. It was a very comfortable house. Close to the center.

Ms. Yeliz and her husband were extremely friendly and hospitable. The Tinyhouse was very clean. We felt at home, the neighbors were very friendly and friendly, they helped with everything and guided us. We had a pleasant and peaceful vacation, we will definitely come back.
