Le Moulin Neuf – Val du Layon

Fermeture jusqu'à février pour la création d'un gîte de groupe et lieu de stage. Bienvenue au coeur du site naturel et sauvage de la vallée de l'Hyrôme, dans ce studio indépendant attenant au Moulin Neuf (Moulin à eau du 16 ème siècle). Vous pourrez bénéficier de la terrasse au bord de la rivière Hyrôme, partir en ballade en barque. Accès facile à de nombreux chemins de randonnée au coeur du vignoble. Proche de nombreux sites touristiques; visites de caves. Animaux de compagnie acceptés.

Independent studio in a detached house

Located in an annex of our house, our small 14 m2 studio/duplex awaits you for your tourist or business stays. It includes, on the ground floor, the kitchen and toilet; upstairs, the bedroom and its bathroom (be careful, the staircase is a little steep). Located close to the Nantes-Paris axis, Terra Botanica, public transport and shops. We ensure 24-48 hours of non-occupancy between two guests in order to best respect the health conditions. English spoken/Se habla español.

Studio 2 steps from the Loire

You will be installed on the ground floor of our house in a totally independent studio, you have access and a view of the garden which is very appreciated! We will be happy to receive you in our house located on the way to the Loire by bike and close to amenities (shops, bus). Angers is a 10-minute drive away, the exhibition centre a 15-minute drive away. Reminder, there is no TV and the wifi turns off between midnight and 6am to avoid the waves at night.

The villages of Rochefort and Savennières are accessible by road or by footpaths with all the local shops.

The home was built in 2020. It is completely independent. This small house offers an outdoor courtyard, an equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed (160 cm) and a TV. Bedroom with dressing room and a 160 cm bed. Shower room with double sink, shower and toilet. Wi-Fi is available. We are a 10-minute drive from Angers. We will be there to recommend the best deals. The tram, a supermarket and parking are nearby.

The tree house

The Cé cabin is in the heart of the historic Saint Maurille district, the oldest of the Cé bridges. The Loire flows 50 meters away, you will appreciate the proximity of the open-air café, the kayak base, the bakery, the delicatessen, the organic butcher, the wine cellar, the restaurants... The wood-frame house, built with bio-sourced materials, exudes a calm and pleasant atmosphere. Welcome to La Cabane cé!

Vineyard house in Anjou, "La Société" gîte

Nice little house in the vineyard of Anjou, close to the golf course of Angers. Located in the Loire Valley, it offers a perfect base for visiting castles and vineyards. Very quiet environment two kilometers from the center of Brissac Loire Aubance. "La société" was the community café of the hamlet of Orgigné in the last century. Terrace appreciated by opacarophiles, parking, wood stove.
