On the first floor ( set above street level ), I'm offering one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with a dining and living area, wifi and washer/dryer. And on the second, there are the 2 other bedrooms, 1 toilet and a bathroom Being at a walking distance of both the train station and the town center, it also has its own private parking spot.

In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The home was built in 2020. It is completely independent. This small house offers an outdoor courtyard, an equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed (160 cm) and a TV. Bedroom with dressing room and a 160 cm bed. Shower room with double sink, shower and toilet. Wi-Fi is available. We are a 10-minute drive from Angers. We will be there to recommend the best deals. The tram, a supermarket and parking are nearby.
