Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell. Relax with the whole family in an incomparable setting such as the natural park of Mount Montgó in Denia, with fantastic views between the sea and the mountains. The house is an oasis of peace. Denia has miles of sandy and rocky beaches, where you can practice all kinds of water sports and from the house you can go hiking in the mountains. In the house there are also brochures with all the sports and cultural activities. Dénia is declared a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.

Las Rotas, a cozy house with ocean views

Get away from routine at this unique and relaxing stay with an unbeatable view of the Mediterranean and Las Rotas marine reserve. It is a very quiet development of 9 apartments that is located in one of the most exclusive areas of Denia, Las Rotas. From the accommodation you can enjoy the long promenade of Las Rotas, which runs along the coast and gives you access to several beaches and rocky coves with crystal clear waters and ends at a sandy beach at the end of it.

The house. The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.

Villa located on the edge of the Montgó de Dénia Natural Park. Guests can enjoy the pool, summer kitchen and garden in a very quiet environment away from prying eyes. Its interiors, consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living-dining room are distributed over an area of 120 m². One of the bedrooms has independent access. Two differently oriented terraces will allow you to choose your preferred places for your meals.

The house is very close to the village of Xaló (you can walk) but at the same time enjoy the tranquility and peace of the mountain. Newly renovated and premiered in summer 2018, you'll have all the comforts of an exclusive home. In summer 2020, it was renovated so that guests can enjoy the covered terrace and a swimming pool (alberca) was built for summer days.

Very close to the sea, on a 1000 m elevated plot from which to enjoy nature and privileged views of the Mediterranean through large windows. Light and color.
