Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Dénia

Una casa preciosa, super cómoda y super bien equipada. Muy amables las dueñas! Sin duda repetiremos!!

Everything is just perfect: the house, location and the host. We stayed with our two daughters of 1 and 3, and had a great time. Everything that you need is there, the kids loved the toys and outside spaces (including the pool), and the beach and restaurants are a couple of minutes away. We have been to many Airbnbs, but almost none like this one. Will try to get back whenever we can.

Wat een waanzinnige familievakantie hebben we hier gehad met elkaar. Een enorme tuin met voor ieder wat wils. De host is lief en dankbaar. Het huis was schoon, voorzien van goede airco’s en heeft veel slaapvertrekken. De omgeving ligt op 10 minuten rijden van de haven en de strandjes. De strandbedjes zijn prima, maar kunnen een upgrade gebruiken om dit vertrek een 10 te kunnen geven. Wij komen hier met alle plezier nog eens terug!

Das Haus ist sehr schön, es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall! Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall von Vorteil, da es auf einem Berg liegt, aber dafür hat man traumhafte Ausblicke! Hugues antwortet schnell und klar auf Nachrichten und Fragen, das war klasse. Danke Hugues

Mega schönes Haus, im Sommer, wenn Badezeit ist, ein Traum, der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön. Trotz Winter konnte ich sehr oft in der Sonne sitzen oder liegen. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern ein, super ruhige Lage, perfekt zum entspannen. Am Abend am Kamin, einfach wundervoll. Es gab zu jeder Tageszeit ein Ort wo es Sonne gab. Und die frischen Zitronen direkt vom Baum, herrlich. Thomas ist ein perfekter Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit und hat für alles eine Lösung, danke für den wundervollen Aufenthalt, in diesem wunderschönen Haus.

Spacious villa, perfect for our family. Had everything we need. Kitchen is well equipped, 2 large bathrooms and all the rooms are a great size. We loved the outside space, especially being overlooked by Montgó and the pool area is stunning. Location is great, 10 minutes to the beach, 20 minutes to Dénia and a great central location to explore the area.

Picture's don't do it justice! just back from a glorious week in Jàvea. perfect for our family which was my partner, myself, eldest daughter (25) her boyfriend, youngest daughter 19 and son 18. The accommodation lay out was perfect with plenty of space, including a huge open plan kitchen (very well equipped) and dining room which was more than big enough to accommodate us all. great outdoor seating areas catching the sun most of the day. pool was great and plenty of loungers/seating. very quiet location and great view's. plenty of local bars/restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance and we found plenty to do within a short drive. need to travel to find good beaches. Julie was great,very helpful and excellent communication. A water leak caused us to loose the water supply one evening but very promptly sorted and great communication regarding the issue. as stated in a previous review take extra towels for the pool as only 1 per person provied. 100% recommend

I have never seen such caring hosts. They received us with a basket of surprises, they gave us so many recommandations, they would answer so fast, they translated for us for our driver who didn't speak a word of English, they offered to help us find a driver and even to call them if we had any trouble while traveling on our bikes. They even came to offer us some fresh fruits. They truly were so amazing and helpful and caring!!! I will definitely keep that host in mind for any other travel in the area!!!

Fantastisch verblijf in Calpe absolute aanrader! We hebben 15 heerlijke dagen gehad in dit prachtige appartement in Calpe. Vanaf het grote balkon heb je een schitterend uitzicht over de zee waar je elke ochtend wakker word met dat uitzicht, dat is echt genieten! Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en voelt meteen als thuis. Alles was netjes, schoon en compleet ingericht. De auto konden we veilig parkeren in de garage, wat erg fijn was. Vanuit het appartement loop je zo de boulevard op, met gezellige restaurantjes, winkeltjes en natuurlijk het strand op steenworp afstand. Kortom: een perfecte locatie, een comfortabel verblijf en een prachtige omgeving. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!

La casa tiene las mejores vistas de Calpe y hay un camino por la costa que te lleva a la playa. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

Excelente experiencia en la casa. Vivienda limpia, ordenada y con muchas cosas de cortesía para facilitar la llegada. Julian y su familia han sido unos anfitriones muy atentos, amables y desprendidos. La casa está situada en una zona muy tranquila, pero muy cerca en coche de Denia, lo cual es una gran ventaja. La piscina comunitaria es casi una piscina privada (y eso que era finales del mes de agosto). En resumen, muy recomendable. Sin duda, para repetir.

We waren 4 nachten de gasten van Aart in Benimantell, maar hadden daar zeker een week willen blijven. De locatie is prachtig, het appartement van alle gemakken voorzien en op koudere avonden lekker de pallet kachel aan! Een appartement waarin je uitgebreid kunt koken, terwijl je geniet van het uitzicht op de bergen. Het appartement met zijn vele trapjes is zeer geschikt voor mensen die de bergen in gaan, een mooie opwarming voor je spieren! Aart is een heel behulpzame en communicatieve host, die zowel een fles lekkere wijn als locale olijfolie klaar had staan.

El piso es perfecto para una escapadita a la playa. Las vistas son inmejorables y el piso es cómodo. Nos gustó el detalle del secador con difusor, de los productos para el baño y el detergente disponible para usar la lavadora. Nuestros anfitriones han sido súper agradables, siempre han estado atentos y nos han contestado casi inmediatamente. Hay una playita super cerca además que puedes hacer una ruta por los pueblos de la zona ya que está cerquita de todo. Muy recomendable.

Agradable estancia! Apartamento muy iluminado con unas vistas espectaculares, que invitaban a descansar y relajarse. Equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias en familia, con amigos... El anfitrión respondía rápido a cualquier consulta, y fueron amables en todo momento. El hecho de poder realizar entrada autónoma, nos ayudó ya que llegamos por la noche al apartamento. Lugar para repetir!

Julia's place is perfect for a family. Kids have fun beds to sleep in, parents have a large and comfortable mattress. The terrace has a fantastic view (palm trees, swimming pool and the blue sea, what else can you dream of?) and is well equipped for meals and/or sunbathing. The apartment itself has all the appliances you can expect, and more (toys for kids, parasols, foldable chairs for the beach,etc) Communication with Julia and Mandy, the cleaning lady was easy and check in as well as check out were extremely smooth. I would definitely recommend this place to people looking for fun times near the beach.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house! The view of the sea is stunning, and we really appreciated the pool area. The house was clean, well-equipped, and located in a private and peaceful area – just what we were looking for. Great communication with the host as well. We had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable vacation.

Beautiful villa, gorgeous furniture and pool. Plenty of space for large family of 12. Outside kitchen was amazing! Marcel our host always responsive. Stunning holiday home with great WiFi speed. Beautiful gardens and views of the mountain. Very thoughtful hosts left some drinks and cava. For our arrival. Thank you. Children loved the table tennis. Good laundry facilities. Only negatives are that there were no hand towels for drying hands in any bathrooms and not enough tea towels in the kitchen for 12 people. Only 2 provided. Fridge was not cold enough and food spoiled quickly. Very very very difficult to get taxis anywhere in Denia , so get ready for lots of walking. Restaurant down the road is fabulous, huge food portions, tasty cuisine and lovely staff. Overall and fabulous holiday!

Our second stay at this lovely villa. The view is superb and we love spending evenings by the pool and cooking at the BBQ area.

We had a fantastic two-week stay at the villa and loved it like everyone else. A special mention to Christine, who was so friendly and welcoming. When we had reason to contact her, we had an immediate answer. The same went for Thomas as well. This is probably the nicest, most welcoming, well-equipped villa we have stayed in, and we have been doing this for over 35 years. Like others before us, we are already planning our return visit.

great place to stay in a very peaceful area. a few restaurants right by the Villa which are decent but also very easy to get into Calpe or Altea. Fredrico was very easy to communicate with and responded to everything very quickly.

Vi var 10 personer som firade en födelsedag här nere. Rymligt lyxigt hus direkt på stranden. Stor pool och flera ytor där man kunde dra sig undan om man behövde jobba eller få en lugn stund. Andrea och hennes man var så trevliga och snabba att svara och åtgärda om det var nån fundering. Smakfullt, lyxigt och genomtänkt med alla moderna detaljer samt tekniska lösningar. Ett drömboende jag skulle vilja ha för familj och vänner. Villa Thorodin får 5 stjärnor.

Amazing stay at the villa! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it had everything that we needed! Beautiful villa and surroundings - very private and serene! The pool was amazing! Host was very responsive and flexible with check in/check out. Only slight downside is the bedroom/bathroom situation. There is no main bathroom, one bedroom has an en suite and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom (you have to walk through one bedroom and the shared bathroom to get to the other bedroom) - this was fine for us (a family) but would be difficult if there were three couples sharing. Other than this, it was an amazing stay and we would absolutely return and stay again. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Wauw wat een prachtige woning, om verliefd op te worden! Aan alles is gedacht, we hebben ons heerlijk thuis gevoeld. Het is bijna zonde om het huis te verlaten en de omgeving te verkennen. Contact met Loraine verloopt snel en makkelijk. Wij waren graag een paar dagen langer gebleven!
