The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in "Les Pieux" 3 kilometers from the rental.

Ideally located just 300 meters from Portbail beach, this self-catering home offers a peaceful and intimate setting, perfect for a seaside getaway. Nestled on private land where our family house is also located (also offered for rent), this small house is carefully managed by a concierge in our absence.

The 60 m2 apartment we are offering is located on the second floor. From the living room, you can admire the beach huts of Gouville-sur-Mer, from the bedroom, you have views of the dunes and the sea 50 m away. It benefits from a large balcony terrace.
