The Val Mulet Swordfish

Welcome to the Val Mulet swordfish gîte. Our guest house is located on the first floor of a recent pavilion with independent access and a private garden. On the west coast of Cotentin, our cottage is a 1-kilometer walk from the sea and the supervised beach of Sciotot and close to the village of Pieux. Close to shops and ideally located for water sports, you will find a preserved wilderness area where you can take great walks and hikes along the GR, from the house.

The Paradise House

300 meters from the beach in a quiet area, charming and bright house, private garden of 800 m². Equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, gas hob with hood, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, microwave, Nespresso machine. Living room with sofa bed, flat screen TV 1 bedroom on the ground floor with a 140 cm bed and 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor: one with a 160 cm bed and one with a bunk bed and crib Bathroom with shower on the ground floor and bathtub on the 1st floor.

Cozy house, quiet, close to sea and dunes

Charming house, functional, bright, quiet and close to large beaches and dunes. Enclosed land, sheltered from the wind and very well exposed. Garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, bar, children's games and deckchairs to relax in the best possible way :) Beach and dune access is safe for children. Our house is in a small estate, very quiet, our close neighbors are rarely present. PLEASE NOTE, linens not provided (towels and sheets).

Nous l'avons pensé et aménagé pour vous créer un endroit confortable, fonctionnel et ressourçant. La vue sur mer depuis chaque fenêtre vous promet un spectacle changeant en fonction des marées. Sur le balcon terrasse, vous pourrez lire ou prendre un verre au son des vagues.
