Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Deschutes River

We stayed 5 nights in this beautiful accommodation with an incredible view overlooking the valley to Mt. Hood. The host was outstanding - great communication, very helpful with all our questions & requests. The apartment was immaculate & more than fully equipped - extra linens, a big supply of towels, snacks galore! The kitchen appliances were great, easy to use, and lots of cooking supplies were provided. For really outdoorsy types, even camping & similar supplies were available. Bed & sofa were super comfortable, Internet connection fast, Smart TV worked well with DVDs available for all tastes. The location was excellent, too - short-ish drives to Mt. Hood & various hikes in the National Forest, plus only a few minutes' drive to commercial areas for shopping. The host really thought of everything (even providing some padded hangers!). Our only regret: not staying longer. Thanks for a great experience.

We were so happy to be back in Portland and Peregrine’s place made our visit that much better! Beautiful house with lovely porches, gardens and within walking distance of great food and coffee. The accommodations were thoughtful and the bed sooo comfortable! Will definitely stay again!

Our stay was the beginning of a three week road trip. It was a wonderful way to start. The Apt was perfect for our needs. Very nicely appointed, very comfortable and quiet. In addition to being a charming apartment with easy but private access, the location in Bend could not be beat. Easily walkable to the river, parks, and downtown Bend. Cindy and Greg were quick to respond when we had a tiny parking issue (and were totally solution-oriented!) and made us feel welcome right away. We would happily stay there again!

The location is top notch especially if you are going to a show at the amphitheater. We enjoyed walking through the park and the one-bedroom is a perfect size for two people. I appreciated that the mattress was comfortable and not too hard. The apartment was very clean and AJ was responsive and nice. A couple things to note for your stay: It can be noisy due to the parking lot below and the location. The layout of the bathroom is awkward and there is no lighted mirror or full-length mirror so not ideal if you have a special event.

We are a party of 2 who stayed at Joan’s place. We were so happy we picked Joan’s place to stay for our visit to Bend. The location is quiet, everything in her home is in great condition. Very clean bathroom, a full equipped kitchen. Comfy bed, Smart tv is provided, and much more. We are happy to stay at Joan’s! It feels right at home. And she is always responsive.

This is our third time staying at Cecilia's place, and we have enjoyed it just like before. The location is private and quiet and also an easy drive to Mt. Bachelor. Cecilia has kept the place very clean and free of clutter. Kitchen setup is wonderful with all I need to cook meals. This place makes us feel relaxed and that is what we are looking for on a family vacation. And the nice pastries left for us by Cecilia are highly appreciated.

We loved this place! Centrally located & adorable. Jennie was super responsive. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Bend and want to be in close proximity to all it has to offer.

Dean was a pleasure to communicate with, was extremely accommodating, and could not have further exceeded our expectations. His place was charming and elegant, modern and sophisticated, and relaxing and comfortable. We found the amenities to be better than described and we all had a wonderful time entertaining and resting. It was much easier and very convenient exploring the great outdoors of the Bend area, and partaking in all of the amazing outdoor recreation, knowing that we had such an incredible accommodation to return to afterwards. We had such an awesome time at Dean’s place that we no longer need to search for accommodations when we return to Bend - we know we’ll be staying at Dean’s place again, as long as it’s available. We’d like to thank Dean from the bottom of our hearts for being so accommodating and for providing such a great place for us so we could focus on what mattered most to us - enjoying our vacation together without any unnecessary worry or stress.

A true gem! We had a wonderful time enjoying the beautiful views, hiking, and soaking in the hot tub at the end of the day. Great family time. Would highly recommend!

We absolutely loved staying for the weekend here. Our pets enjoyed running around the yard so much they went to bed early each night. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were so comfy. I could go on and on listing all the positive feedback. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Beautifully decorated home contains everything you need for your stay and then some! We loved the location as well, close to everything! Thank you Andrew, we will definitely be return guests!

We mainly picked this home due to its proximity to the Amphitheater. Super convenient to walk there and all the Old Mill shops. We attended a concert and it was a very easy stroll. The park is just 1/2 block across the street from the house--soooo lovely with great walking paths. It's maybe a 15 minute walk down the path along the river to the Amphitheater. Couldn't have been easier! If you have dogs, the park is absolutely ideal. The house was very clean and the living room couches very comfortable. Comfortable beds too. The table and chairs on the back patio were a nice place to sit and converse!

Donna is an incredibly gracious hostess. She met us upon arrival and even left delicious, freshly baked sweet almond bread and some basics in the fridge! The place is spacious, nicely decorated and had absolutely everything that was needed for a pleasant stay. The house is in an excellent location just a short 5 minute drive to the little town of Tumalo and also a short distance from both Bend and Sisters. Checking in felt like coming home. I hope we will get to see Donna again!

Cute spot! Nice location, easy access and clean home. Locking the front door was a little tricky; we figured out that you have to pull the door towards you while it’s trying to lock FYI!

The condo was in an amazing location and the views were absolutely incredible and truly unbeatable! The place was very clean and loved the small town feel of Mosier! Also loved the restaurant and coffee shop that was walkable. Also checked out the hiking tail behind the condo complex and had incredible views! Will be back

Large space, very well situated and generally really relaxed vibe. The garage was a great addition too for any gear you choose to bring.

Great base for a ski/board trip to Mt Bachelor. Check in was easy through reception. Condo is simple well organized and comfy. Large comfy king bed in bedroom and a murphy bed in living room. Nice fireplace, no regular range but the microwave is convection combo and there is an air fryer so cooking was straightforward. Nice deck with view out to trees and lawn.

Couldn’t imagine a better spot to enjoy Bend! Walking distance to downtown and Mirror Pond and Old Mill yet tucked away in a leafy green oasis. The apartment was so spacious and clean and thoughtfully appointed. Our hosts were extremely welcoming and communicative. Highly recommend and will stay here anytime!

We stayed here two nights and it was perfect! The location of the unit in proximity to the downtown area is super close and walkable on the river trail, which was absolutely goregous! We skied one day and it was quick and easy to get up to Bachlor from the place. We brought our dog with us and the unit was super dog friendly but wish there was more grassy areas that allowed dogs. Troy and management were great, loaded up the emails with communication and reached out after the first day. Lots of communication!We will definitely be back to visit Bend in summertime and will look to book again at this unit!

Meredith's place was even better than the listing described. She was a great host and communicated quickly and efficiently when I had questions. The condo was cute, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for a great stay. We look forward to staying here again.
