Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Deschutes River Woods

We had an amazing stay and definitely would love to come back! We enjoyed hiking, waterfalls, and fly fishing in the Bend area. Julie provided great recommendations when we asked about restaurants. The home is lovely and loved the landscaping in the yard as well.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was in a great location and is super cute, clean and has everything you need. We loved the hot tub!!!

Dean's place was great! It had all the essentials and was very comfortable. Our family was very happy with the place all around. The disc's for disc golf were awesome we had a blast playing! The one thing I will mention in case anyone is looking for it is that the water pressure for the shower in the jack and jill bathroom was not thick hair friendly haha not a deal breaker, but thought I would mention. I also didn't use the other showers so not sure if they were better.

10/10 in every category. Beautifully and thoughtfully appointed. Spotlessly clean. Ideal location in a serene neighborhood. Clearly evident that Senneh takes great pride in the property and the quality and ease of her guests stay. If it’s available, don’t hesitate to book. Truly a wonderful base for exploring Bend and the surrounding area.

What a great place! Stephanie has fully stocked the cupboards and the place is filled with high quality coffee, shampoo/conditioner, soaps, dishes, and all the things you would need…even a little wine! It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!

Bonus is the home’s large doors and windows that open to back yard areas with lava rock, grasses, fruit trees. Quiet neighborhood too.

Such a great location! Right by old downtown and the park. Cindy and Greg are great hosts, I forgot a bike lock for our mountain bikes and they offered to let us keep them in their garage. Definitely would come back.

Alice's guest nest is so quiet, clean, organized and peaceful. The mattress is very comfortable, and everything is labeled clearly with brief instructions. I slept so well both nights, and the washing machine washed my clothes so well! Her listing is one of the best places I have stayed in. I hope to book another reservation for the guest nest.

I would absolutely recommend AJ’s place and hope to stay there again in the future. It was very clean, decorated so cute, and in a great central location. Check in and out was so easy and communication was great.

Joan's studio is the perfect home base for our central Oregon adventures. Super close to Smith Rock where we spent two days climbing at, and short drive to Bend, Sisters, etc. We visited some hotsprings and did several beautiful hikes nearby. Restaurants in Redmond area were pretty nice, too. The studio was much bigger in person than it appears in the online photos. There are many thoughtful little things and amenities that Joan provided (snacks, drinks, kitchen equipment, lounge area furnitures, etc.) that make you feel like staying at a close friend's home rather than just an airbnb. Both my travel partner and I thought this was one of our favorite airbnbs! Definitely recommend.

Cozy stay, beautiful views of the mountains, and great location. This was my first time booking an Airbnb and I was not disappointed!

This is our third time staying at Cecilia's place, and we have enjoyed it just like before. The location is private and quiet and also an easy drive to Mt. Bachelor. Cecilia has kept the place very clean and free of clutter. Kitchen setup is wonderful with all I need to cook meals. This place makes us feel relaxed and that is what we are looking for on a family vacation. And the nice pastries left for us by Cecilia are highly appreciated.

Emily‘s apartment was really perfect for us. Walking distance to downtown Bend but quiet and very private, immaculately clean, well stocked, perfect temp control, comfortable bed, and very attractively decorated. Looks well set up for winter sports folks too. Very easy in and out and she was in immediate contact if we needed her. Highly recommend this reasonably priced place!! It exceeded expectations

A Stone’s Throw Bungalow was the perfect place to stay during our visit to Bend. Spacious, great location and had all the amenities needed to feel right at home. Would definitely be happy to stay here again in the future, highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the playpen to accommodate our young child.

Gus’s place has to be a little gem located in a quite place in Bend, It’s really close to the Old Mill District, about 10mins drive and really close to get to Mt Bachelor. I had so much fun at Gus’s place it was clean and tidy, sheets were clean and towels were fine. Will definitely stay again. I love BEND, OR!

Hans place was absolutely beautiful and set in the most breathtaking location. The resort staff was thoughtful and attentive. Great hiking trails just steps outside the door. Two pools, pickleball, bar & restaurant and putt putt golf were terrific. We grilled every night in the park-like setting. I would love to come back to Hans’ rental. It was the relaxing getaway we needed. 10/10 no notes.

This is a nice one bedroom condo with a beautiful view of the river, and an easy walk to town along the river. We also walked to the right along the river for a nice evening stroll. Listening and watching the river is very peaceful. Two bathrooms are nice as well. We used the laundry and the pool and hot tub while there as well. We would stay here again.

This was such a wonderful place to stay. It had everything we needed and it couldn’t have been in a better location. This place was close to the pool, a short walk to the river trail, and because we brought our bikes, we were able to get to the Old Mill and downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

Couldn’t imagine a better spot to enjoy Bend! Walking distance to downtown and Mirror Pond and Old Mill yet tucked away in a leafy green oasis. The apartment was so spacious and clean and thoughtfully appointed. Our hosts were extremely welcoming and communicative. Highly recommend and will stay here anytime!
