This magic and beautifully curated home offers peace, privacy, and stunning views of Lake Garda, vineyards, and green meadows. Two floors with 2 double bedrooms, a sofa bed, and a wall-mounted fold-down bed. 2 bathrooms (1 with shower), spacious garden, 3 terraces, BBQ, sun loungers, and shared quiet pool. Fully equipped kitchen, very clean, and carefully maintained in every detail. No parties allowed. The terrace has wind screens, making it comfortable even when it’s windy or a bit cool!

Villa la Zattera is located in a unique position on Lake Garda between Sirmione and Desenzano. Located in front of the "La Zattera" beach, from which it takes its name. It is located within one of the most beautiful complexes in the entire lake. Inside the complex there are 3 swimming pools, a restaurant bar, a tennis court, a children's playground, a theater and fantastic common green spaces. The villa also has a private garden and a beautiful private terrace equipped with all amenities.

The tourist tax is to be paid on site and is an extra cost of €2.80 per day for both adults and children over 14 years of age (free after the seventh day).
