Our stay was everything that we could have wanted and more! We loved everything about the villa down to the Employees, We will definitely be back to rent with you again! thank you so much for making our stay so worth it !

I needed a last minute reservation and Brad was right on top of it, very responsive and extra helpful! The unit I stayed n was extremely clean, easy to find, very clean and it felt just like home!!! Brad responds immediately! I highly recommend staying in his Airbnb’s! I most definitely will be when back in the area!!!!

Great house and location! Right next to the lovely walking trail for easy access for peaceful evening walks. Plenty of space to spread out in the house. We were in town for medical appointments and surgery at Mayo Clinic. It was very convenient access to shopping and the hospital. The large couch and chair were both comfortable and much appreciated! Jennifer was friendly and always very responsive. She proactively added another AC unit because the temp was predicted to hit 100 degrees while we were there. We had plenty of AC and stayed cool throughout our stay with the central air and additional units.

Our stay was a welcoming, enjoyable and peaceful experience complimented by an exquisite, spacious and well appointed residence. The moment we walked in, it felt like home. Immediate comfort and enjoyment. The premises are located in a wonderful gated community, very close to every amenity that you could need. We felt content and safe. Other residents that we met were very friendly. Easily one of the most desirable locations I have experienced in the north Scottsdale area. Three pools to choose from, easy ingress and egress to main driving routes, walking paths abound. It made for one of the best vacations we have experienced. Our hosts' attention to detail was first class. The level of comfort inside the unit was exceptional, outfitted with wonderful living space furniture and comfortable sleeping areas. Our hosts spared no expense in providing a plethora of necessities and treats to make our stay at the highest possible level. I have to offer the highest recommendation.
