Monthly Rentals in Dickinson County

Large place to stay, plenty of space to move around inside. I think there are multiple airbnb rentals in the same building and one night of our stay there was loud music coming from another part of the building, but thankfully it stopped before it was too late - obviously not an issue with the unit itself. Our only complaint was the tub could have been cleaner, especially traveling with our toddlers - but thats an easy fix for the next guest and probably wouldn't be an issue if you were just using it as a shower. Overall would stay here again without hesitation, the added bonus is the coffee shop/restaurant in the parking lot.

The cottage was a great choice for my family of three! Bathroom was spacious. The kitchen and living space was open and a perfect size. Our daughter was crawling everywhere and we appreciate that there wasn’t much for her to get into, no clutter! The best part about this stay is the location. It was such an easy walk to all the fun things in Arnold’s park, restaurants, coffee, and donuts!

The cabin was exactly what we were looking for. Cozy, and with everything we needed. Amazing view!

It's always hard for me to find a place in the Okoboji area, so this was a nice find for us. Everything was clean, and the communication was clear and speedy. The sunroom area was my favorite part, with a nice view of the lake; my son and his buddy enjoyed fishing off the dock. The hosts provided plenty of towels. The bed was comfy, though the pullout sofa is more like a futon--ideal for one person or two smaller people. The stove is quite vintage, but it worked just fine, and we only needed to use it once. I was very happy with Sara's place and would gladly stay again!
