The light-flooded, spacious, approx. 90 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a house built according to ecological construction. The house is located on the upper edge of the small village of Olkenbach/Bausendorf in a former Weimberg slope. You are almost right on the edge of the huge Kondelwald forest area. In 5 minutes you can walk to the Olkenbach and the playground there. There are numerous volcanic maars nearby, which can be reached quickly by car.

Enjoy a delicious drink on the terrace with a beautiful view over the Moselle Valley. It is divided into a living/dining area with a small kitchenette and a bathroom with a spacious shower. To sleep, you go up the inner staircase to an open gallery, where a 1.60 m wide bed awaits you. If you come with four people, the couch can be folded out into a full double bed.

Later it was then inhabited by a wine merchant. 2016 we bought the house and renovated over two years. Now we hope that you enjoy and experience the Mosel wine region in Pünderich, one of the charming places at the Middle Mosel.
