You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Treat yourself to a break and relax in this peaceful oasis! Our approx. 40m2 chalet is located on the edge of the beautiful Meulenwald in a small holiday park in Niersbach in the southern Eifel. You can hike and bike here wonderfully. It is also a good starting point for excursions to the Mosel or to Trier, about 40 km away, the oldest city in Germany with many Roman relics. The maars of the Volcanic Eifel are also only about 40 km away and a worthwhile destination for an excursion.

The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

Our apartement is located in Butzweiler near Trier in a quiet area with direct access to public transport. The bus stop is within two minutes walking distance. By car, you can reach Trier in 15 minutes. The motorway junction can be reached within 5 minutes. Butzweiler is close to the border with Luxembourg. Hiking trails start directly in Butzweiler and lead you through a historical and dreamlike nature. The premium hiking trail Römerpfad is an absolute highlight.
