The whole floor is equipped with natural cork flooring including underfloor heating. In the box spring bed 1.8 x 2 meters, you can really relax. The new kitchen is fully equipped (Senseo coffee maker). The bathroom with shower and whirlpool invites you to relax. For electric cars, there is a wallbox for charging.

Jeweils ein Fenster in jedem Raum verfügt über einen Insektenschutz. Fußweg z. Bahnhof ca. 5, in die Stadt ca. 10, zum Dom ca. 20 Minuten. Da die Wohnung in einer Sackgasse liegt, ist sie trotz ihrer zentralen Lage, sehr ruhig. Bitte die Hausregeln beachten. Für Kleinkinder nicht geeignet.

We rent a separate, approx. 60 m² loft apartment / house with private entrance in the annex of our over 100-year-old house to guests who want to stay "differently"! The apartment is self-sufficient + separate from the main house. A private terrace or a private garden area belong to the apartment. Around the house are forests and fields, here you can walk or cycle on the Roman Lippe Route. The Ruhr area (Duisburg, Essen) is close. Supermarket, pizzeria + pharmacy are on site.

Completely renovated at the end of 2018, the apartment has underfloor heating and contains a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher and a new bathroom. The bedrooms are equipped with laminate floors, all other living areas with large tiles. The furniture is chosen with a lot of love for detail and exudes a warm atmosphere. A private terrace (with barbecue) is also available.

In the 85 m² vacation home, which is accessible without steps, there is a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a spacious bathroom with a bathtub (also for showering), a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, as well as a conservatory on the first floor. Upstairs is another bedroom with a bed (90 cm x 200 cm) and TV. Also the living room with a sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.10 m), another couch and a TV. Private garden with covered terrace and lawn.

Take a break with us on the farm and enjoy the view in the countryside. Be in the middle of it and yet for yourself. You can expect to meet our dogs and other animals that belong to the farm. The 24/7 farm shop provides everything you need and allows for a cozy vacation. Experience the region, or lean back under the trees with a book. We can rent bicycles on request.
