The accommodation has a great location with a tram stop nearby. You have everything you need in the apartment. Highly recommended!

The apartment is beautiful and furnished with great attention to detail. The amenities were excellent and there was nothing missing. A wonderful view over the Walchensee from the terrace leads directly to relaxation. The host always responded quickly and was extremely friendly in communication. We particularly liked the personalized welcome board.

Renate‘s place is a true gem! it’s a beautiful space and one can feel the love and care put in to make this a home. the are is beautiful - close enough to munich for an easy trip with train or bike, and far enough to be peaceful. Renate was a fabulously friendly and accommodating host, who made us feel part of the community!

Ulli’s place was beautiful! The apartment was very private and located on a lake. The place is very spacious. Ulli was very responsive and kind. It was convenient to travel into the city center via bus or taxi and then train.

I was very satisfied with the accommodation, everything you need was available, even everything you need to shower, from shampoo to conditioner, everything in very good quality! The bed was super comfortable, as well as the other furniture, when you get to the view I can only say, something unique in Germany, I personally still lived on the 30th floor and at any time again alone just because of this view! The surroundings are not really my thing, as I am more of a village person, but the view and the panorama are worth seeing, a dream at sunrise and also at sunset! It's definitely worth it! Ideal for larger groups and especially families with children, this house has an open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It is quietly located below Neuschwanstein. The lake and Tegelberg are within easy walking distance. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a table tennis table and football goals as well as a basketball hoop.

Very pretty place where to stay like at home

Dear Christina, Even though we didn't meet in person, I say Thank you for letting me spend my 70th birthday with the family in this beautiful house. They were wonderful days and the weather also played along. So we could enjoy the lake property and conquer the lake. The house left nothing to be desired. It was a pleasure to cook and eat together. Although our recent trip to Bavaria included castles, amazing cuisine and incredible sights, one of our fondest and most special memories will forever be meeting Hubertus and Jennifer. You will not find two more caring, more thoughtful hosts and our stay at their cottage was absolutely wonderful. The love and warmth they put into their cottage is self evident and reflects in almost every detail of their home. From the handwritten welcome note and bottle of wine we received on arrival to their recommendations and helpful tips as we navigated the surrounding areas, we felt as though we were staying with old friends and were looked after with such special attention and care. My husband and I feel so grateful to have met them and could not recommend others to book a stay at their cottage strongly enough. Thank you again for everything! It truly was a perfect stay :)

The location was also perfect, just a short walk to the train station with easy access to the center of Munich. Highly recommended!

The apartment was great, visually and the amenities were very good. The location to Lake Starnberg was also very suitable for us.

My mother and I had spent 5 nights in this pearl of apartment in early April. We were totally flashed by this apartment from second 1 - it is even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything is decorated with so much love for detail. High quality and practical. we were even able to spend a few hours on the sunbeds and have dinner on the terrace. In the evening, you can quietly hear the river ripples before falling asleep in these comfortable beds like a baby. The car is well taken care of in the garage and there was even a piece of felt on the wall that on the driver's side you do not accidentally damage the door when getting out. in the apartment there are helpful tips for things to do/hiking recommendations, instructions for the apartment and restaurant tips. we were eating at 3 of the recommended restaurants - it was a palate. we also had the pleasure of meeting Petra - very likeable. Thanks for the great break
