(bed1: 160*200 cm bed – bed2: 160*200 cm) - on the 1st: Large living room: very well equipped kitchen, dining area, living room (convertible sofa: 140*200 cm) Free Wi-Fi, TV. Very quiet because at the back of the courtyard of a private mansion set back from the street. Great for 2/4 people.

Situé dans le quartier de l'arquebuse, à 5 minutes à pied de la gare et de la Cité de la gastronomie et 10 minutes du centre-ville (place Darcy). ⚠️⚠️⚠️ Je précise que l'appartement est coté voies ferrées, même s'il est bien isolé (rideaux phoniques, panneaux acoustiques...) des nuisances sonores sont présentes. Merci de ne pas réserver si vous êtes sensibles aux bruits.

You will be only a few minutes from the renowned villages of the Burgundy vineyard, Chassage, Meursault, Pommard, Beaune and just as close to several greenways (canal du center, bicycle-route). You can also only take time and fully enjoy the heated swimming pool.
