The countryside is very close to the city. In an old renovated farmhouse, this sheepfold (entrance and building independent of our personal home) was restored in 2003 and classified as 3-star "furnished tourist accommodation" in 2022. Northern Burgundy as well as Southern Burgundy are easily accessible. Dijon is 15 km away as well as the first village of the wine coast, Marsannay-la-Côte. Varied and charming routes lead to Beaune in 40 minutes. But the Ouche Valley and Auxois also deserve many visits.

Vous trouverez calme et sérénité dans ce logement proche de la nature avec des espaces extérieurs pour vous détendre avec vue sur la vallée de la Dheune. Ce gîte est situé à 4 km de Santenay les Bains qui accueille un centre thermal avec espace aqua détente et une piscine d’été. Région touristique et gastronomique entre Saône et Loire et Côte d'Or : de nombreuses activités dont la randonnée en vélo sur les voies vertes (en bas du village). Nous sommes à 20 mn de Beaune et 1 h de Dijon.

In the heart of the vineyards of the Hautes-Côtes between Beaune and Nuits-Saint-Georges, you will enjoy the tranquility and calm of the countryside in this old barn that has been completely renovated. Ideally located for hiking (GR7, GR76 etc.) and to discover the rich Burgundian heritage in the surroundings, from Dijon to Clos Vougeot, from Vosne-Romanée to Nuits-Saint-Georges and the famous Hospices de Beaune, our house can accommodate 6 people for a few days or a week.

Vous serez au bord de la route des vins et au départ de nombreuses balades et randonnées aussi bien à pied qu'a vélo.

Welcome to our spacious and comfortable Gîte in Essey. The original building is from circa 1840. The Gîte offers room for 2 People with the possibility of 1 child in a travel cot (provided). The ground floor consists of a well equiped kitchen and living space with entrance to your own private garden area. The bedroom and en-suite is on the upper level. Enjoy the sunset with a view over the local pond which can also be used for fishing (Permit included).

L'ORANGERIE welcomes you, calm and light

The Orangerie has a large garden and a large indoor room to accommodate your family and friends. Just 10 minutes from the wine coast. There are 3 real bedrooms with bathrooms nearby, plus a room a little apart that serves as an office or extra bedroom. There is a Zimmermann upright piano. The other 2 nearby cottages, Foudras (4 to 6 people) and the Pavilion (4 to 6 people), allow you to meet and enjoy life together without going through the public road.

The gîte classified as "3-star Tourist Furnished" is located in a detached house, on an old wine property. It consists of a kitchen/dining room, a living room extended by a bedroom area, a large bedroom upstairs and a duplex studio adjoining with bedroom and mezzanine. Comfortable for a large family or a group of friends, the accommodation offers three bathrooms and three toilets. Sheets, tea towels and bath mats provided. Towels are not provided.

Le Petit Sondebois and its private Nordic bath

15 minutes from Beaune and the Route des Grands Crus, between fields and orchards, this outbuilding has all the comforts: walk-in shower in Burgundy stone, 160*200 cm bed, large outdoor area... and its Nordic bath, heated by wood fire, to enjoy the garden and the surrounding nature in any season. To complete the experience of Burgundy in the great outdoors, we rent electric bikes and will be happy to share the beautiful roads with you.

Welcome to our 120 m² CHARMING COTTAGE with panoramic views of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits vineyards and a 2000 m² garden. It dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2015. Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.
