Great location and attentive people. The shower sometimes run out of hot water when its late at night. Access is 24 hours a day and towels are changed when requested. Would be happy to stay again.

The house is quaint tucked away in a quiet Hem of Saigon next to a lot of good restaurants and vendors. The host is very courteous and responsive. The house is clean and has cool AC rooms. Leaf definitely gives a full authentic South East Asian experience. Thank you again for a great stay!

I recently stayed at The Marq in Ho Chi Minh City, and it was a fantastic experience. The building itself is luxurious and well-maintained, with beautiful interiors. The apartment was very clean with a lot of supplies. Easy and seamless check in and fantastic communication with the host. The staff on site was also very kind and helpful. The apartment is in a newly developed area with spas cafes and restaurants just downstairs. Amazing views of the bridge and river and very close to district one.

Clean rooms, great central location just minutes from Bui Vien and Ben Thanh Market, functional washer and dryer and great views of the city. Hosts were great communicators and very helpful throughout our stay.

We chose this place because it's the only Airbnb in Ho Chi Minh that offers free access to both the pool and gym. At most other Airbnbs, you have to pay for every use, but here, you can use the gym and pool anytime you want at no extra cost. The location is great, it's close to District 1 but situated in a quiet and less busy area. The host is very prompt and efficient, regularly checking in to see how our stay is going and asking if we need anything. We requested extra towels, and they delivered them right away after I messaged Hai Yen. I love the gym equipment, they have everything you need. The only thing missing is music to help motivate gym-goers while working out. The pool is also great, it's large and well-maintained. There's even a Family Mart downstairs, so if you get hungry, you can just head down and grab a snack or meal.

Mai was a great host. My favorite Air BnB in Vietnam thus far. Very cozy and had all listed amenities. Would stay here again!

we stayed here as a group of 5, honestly loved it. the neighborhood is quiet but still super close to everything. balcony view was amazing, you can see straight to ben thanh market + that big busy intersection, weirdly calming to just sit and watch. netflix was already set up which was nice to chill after long days. we were a bit worried about AC after reading old reviews but looks like they changed them all worked perfectly during our stay. host was really helpful and kind. replied fast and helped us sort things quickly. definitely coming back next time we’re in HCM

Communication with Yolande was good from the time we booked the apartment to the time we checked out. Yolande was very quick to respond to our messages and I felt sure if we had had any queries she would have been very helpful as she was keen to ensure we enjoyed our visit.

This apartment has a very secure area and peace environment, easy to find and easy to get to those tourist sites. Host are friendly with a team to follow up everything include some pick up and keep bag services. Definitely will return back to this lovely and warm apartment.

Perfect stay at this location. Location was close to Ben Thanh Market so it was easy to walk to get food and easy to call Grabs for transportation. The view was definitely worth it and would stay here again. Clean and spacious apartment for two people.

Good place to stay

I booked this Airbnb last minute and the service was great! I was able to check in immediately, and the place was absolutely perfect. The bathroom was spotless, the view was gorgeous, and I will definitely be back!
