Holiday rentals with a patio in District 3

This is a nice place to stay. It is very accessible because there are numerous restaurants, convenience stores, and coffee shops in the vicinity. Especially it is very close to Sai Gon's center.

Spacious apartment, however it was at the entrance to Bui Vien Street (Red Light District) which may be a good thing or a bad thing depending on the traveller you are.

We had an amazing stay, all thanks to the very welcoming and helpful attitude, and almost instant responsiveness of the hosts for every single request. Thank you!

The stay was incredible, one of the best areas to stay, I was able to sleep like a baby, I stayed for a full week and I passed Super fast, I would definitely stay there again, everything was very close from restaurants, to places of interest, everything could come walking, the communication was always very good and they helped me a lot, I hope to come back very soon

We had a great stay! The location is super convenient, just a short walk to Bùi Viện Walking Street, bars, the New Playground, and plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. Check-in was smooth with clear instructions, and communication with the host was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the heart of the city!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in the heart of District 1, Ho Chi Minh City! The location was unbeatable—we could walk to many attractions, restaurants, and cafes, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, and the host was very nice and accommodating. They even worked with us to arrange an early check-in, which we really appreciated.

I truly enjoyed my stay at La Maison D’Anna! It was a perfect, quiet and safe place to return to (something really important as a solo female traveler) after a day of exploring HCM. The air conditioning and fan worked perfectly which is much needed for the city’s heat! I enjoyed my stay.

Just the perfect place to stay in the heart of HCM City. Having a full kitchen and downstairs sitting area made the place feel like home away from home. Excellent WiFi that was perfect for a live interview I needed to do on Zoom. The bed was one of the most conformable I have experienced in Vietnam. Sadly, I had no time to enjoy coffee on the balcony as I was too busy using the office space to catch up on work between meeting. Thanks Derek!

We had a great time in HCMC and Mimi's place was perfect for our group of 7. The check-in instructions were easy to follow and easy to locate. it was easy to walk to places or catch a grab somewhere. The locals had some music out during Saturday and I was fun to listen to. The place cools down nicely, the third floor AC was leaking a hit but still worked great. I would definitely stay here again if I am in HCMC again!!

Super cozy, and the transportation is convenient too.

It was a clean and nice room to stay alone. Apart from the inconvenience of having to go up to the third floor and the hassle of using a narrow staircase shared washing machine, I was very satisfied. The host was also friendly. It was so nice.

Very lucky to have stayed in such a perfect room the first time I came to Ho Chi Minh.The room is newly decorated with a retro feel, making you feel friendly.The host is also very nice and will recommend a lot of local food and attractions nearby, which is very useful for first-time visitors.This is a room that Hu Zhiming will want to stay in next time!

This was by far one of the best stays I've had in Saigon. The space was absolutely beautiful and luxurious in every way. Located in district 3, I appreciated how central it was to most things, while also being tucked away from the street noise. The condo was spacious, clean, and furnished with lots of amenities. I appreciated having access to a washer/dryer, full kitchen and private balcony. The building and apartment was surrounded with overflowing plants, greenery and minimalist decor. I felt a deep sense of calm and relaxation every time I came home. The service/staff/security guards/receptionist were professional and kind. Very communicative and checking in frequently to make sure my needs were met. 10/10 <3

I had a great stay at this apartment! The view of the city was nice. The kitchen and living room were spacious and nicely laid out—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The TV was a good size for movie nights, and the bed was super comfortable. Overall, a clean, cozy, and well-equipped place. I’d definitely stay here again!

This was an awesome experience with Annie’s accomodation. She is very kind and responsive, the accomodation was perfect for my needs and very quiet room. The surroundings are a bit busy but that’s what I expected and wanted staying in central D1

Manuka was a wonderful host and the apartment is located in a great area, just steps away from wonderful restaurants. The area is brightly lit at night and felt extremely safe. Highly recommend this

Perfect place, location and just

Communication with Yolande was good from the time we booked the apartment to the time we checked out. Yolande was very quick to respond to our messages and I felt sure if we had had any queries she would have been very helpful as she was keen to ensure we enjoyed our visit.

Great stay, right next to walking street but surprisingly quiet location. Highly recommend.
