Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in District 3

Huong’s place is in a good location. Easy to get everywhere. Her apartment was spotless. Beds firm but comfortable. For the price I paid there is nothing to complain about. The aircon were literally lifesavers for us as it was extremely hot and humid. The only thing that would have helped would have been a guest guide with ideas, things to do, places to go, recommendations of which restaurants to eat at etc. That would be a great addition.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Airbnb in Ho Chi Minh City, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming, providing clear instructions for check-in and always being available to answer any questions. The location of the property was perfect—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore popular attractions, vibrant markets, and delicious local cuisine. Despite being centrally located, the space was peaceful, offering a perfect escape after a busy day of sightseeing. The apartment itself was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the amenities were in perfect working order. I especially appreciated the high-speed Wi-Fi and the air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the warm weather. I genuinely felt at home here and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

located right amidst the hustle bustle we stayed at Huys place, and the hosts were very gracious. They allowed us to check in early and when we had a slight inconvenience, they met amends and went out of their way to help us and make sure we had a comfortable stay. I'm not sure alot of people would do the same, but huy and Kim for that matter were quick with their responses and quick with solutions to ensure our stay at saigon was fab. The property doesn't have a lift and would be a task for some, but nevertheless they send helpers to help with luggage and that just goes to show how much they care for the customers who've chosen to stay with them. would definitely recommend. 😊👍

Really nice apartment not too far from district 1 whilst also being really close to the airport. Within walking distance or very convenient to get a grab also. Host communication was really good and incredibly responsive. Very clearly laid out check in process. Highly recommend

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in District 3. The location is perfect — central, convenient, and within walking distance to many great cafes, local restaurants, and shops. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable — exactly like the photos. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a charming place with lots of great neighborhood options nearby!

Modern and comfortable room, small but cosy. If i were to make one suggestion it would be to soundproof the floors/ceilings cos it could be a bit noisy at times.

The location is excellent, right next to the Binh City Market in the city center. It's within walking distance to the surrounding attractions, and the structure of the house is very characteristic of Vietnam. The landlord responds promptly and is very easy to communicate with

We had a great time in HCMC and Mimi's place was perfect for our group of 7. The check-in instructions were easy to follow and easy to locate. it was easy to walk to places or catch a grab somewhere. The locals had some music out during Saturday and I was fun to listen to. The place cools down nicely, the third floor AC was leaking a hit but still worked great. I would definitely stay here again if I am in HCMC again!!

It was a clean and nice room to stay alone. Apart from the inconvenience of having to go up to the third floor and the hassle of using a narrow staircase shared washing machine, I was very satisfied. The host was also friendly. It was so nice.

I had a great stay at this apartment! The view of the city was nice. The kitchen and living room were spacious and nicely laid out—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The TV was a good size for movie nights, and the bed was super comfortable. Overall, a clean, cozy, and well-equipped place. I’d definitely stay here again!

My 5 days stay at this Airbnb was wonderful. The hosts and staff are super accommodating and helpful; from airport transportation to any minor inconvenience they would be there to assist. This apartment has a very secure area and peace environment, easy to find and easy to get to those tourist sites. Host are friendly with a team to follow up everything include some pick up and keep bag services. Definitely will return back to this lovely and warm apartment.

We had a great stay at Lyn’s place. The apartment was conveniently located at District 1, and was easy to get to the places we wanted. Lyn was also extremely responsive and kind. We had some issues with the toilet heating and Lyn was extremely proactive, immediately sending her staff to get it sorted out for us. Overall it was a great stay, thanks Lyn for having us!
