Holiday rentals with an EV charger in District 7

The place was nice and clean. Nearby to many things with grab. Not very convenient to walk out. But it is easy to get a grab here. The description initially showed 2 toilets, but there’s only 1. The host changed the description after being informed about it. Therefore, the house may not be as worth as 2 toilets and that was something that we were looking out for as well. Hence, we were a little disappointed. Nevertheless, the place was nice for 3 people with well-equipped with living equipment - hair dryer, steamer, washing machine etc.

한인들이 많이 모여사는 7군 푸미흥 지역에서도 가장 신축입니다. 주재원 사모님들이 가장 선호하는 아파트이며, 푸미흥 대장 단지라고 하는 이유가 확실한 곳이었습니다. 호스트는 친절했고, 매일 청소를 하러 오시는 직원분도 친절했습니다. 수영장이 있어서 휴식에 좋고 수영장 경치가 환상적이었습니다. 쾌적한 헬스장이 있어서 매일 운동도 즐겁게 하였습니다. 타 지역의 오토바이 매연과 소음에서 떨어진 지역이고 상당히 깨끗하고 조용합니다(저는 여기에 한달을 머물면서 비염이 나았어요). 단지에 레스토랑, 카페, 마트, 마사지 가게가 다 있어서 동네를 벗어나지 않아도 장기투숙하는데 편리합니다. 인근 상점 사장님들도 친절하고 주민들도 부촌 주민들답게 친절하고 예의가 발라서 좋았습니다. 저는 이번에 너무 좋아서 호찌민에 올때마다 미드타운에 머무르고 싶습니다. 집 컨디션도 좋았어요. 추천합니다.

We were not able to stay because of work. But Nathalie was a perfect host

We actually stayed in another apartment in the same building, because the original one needed some repairs. My Hanh was very responsive and went out of her way to accommodate us offering several options to us. She is a wonderful manager! Thank you, My Hanh!

sehr gute Lage, nahe Distrikt 1. Das Studio hat alles was man braucht und es war sauber. Wifi war gut. im Erdgeschoss gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf und eine Apotheke.

This was the second time I stayed in one of Mai Anh's condos. The furnishings were adequate and easy to manage. The location and building with infinity pool and lots of cafes on the street are all very convenient and homey.

Vì là không gian sống của chính chủ nhà nên mọi thứ được sắp xếp ngăn nắp, gọn gàng và ấm cúng. Nội thất tiện nghi và đáp ứng mọi nhu cầu giải trí của cá nhân hoặc cặp đôi/gia đình nhỏ, một số điểm tiêu biểu như: kệ sách truyện, loa nghe nhạc, tivi, máy chơi game,... Phòng khách là không gian mở có cây xanh (thi thoảng có vài côn trùng nhỏ nhưng không ảnh hưởng trải nghiệm), thoáng mát và rất thư giãn. Bạn có thể đọc sách, xem phim, nghe nhạc ở đây một cách thư thái. Từ đây có thể nhìn ra cánh đồng xanh mướt, khá thích mắt. Chủ nhà rất nhiệt tình trong việc hướng dẫn và xử lý khi khách gặp vấn đề. Quỳnh Anh là một bà chủ dễ tính. Tôi cần thêm quạt bạn đã mang đến luôn cho tôi. Bạn còn tặng cho tôi rất nhiều trái cây tươi ngon. Bạn hướng cho tôi mượn xe đạp để di chuyển. Phòng của bạn đầy đủ đồ, sạch sẽ và rất rộng rãi cũng ấm cúng. Nắng chiếu vào phòng rất đúng ý tôi. Tôi sẽ thường xuyên quay trở lại.

Phòng thơm và sạch sẽ, nằm trên lầu trong khu dân cư đầy đủ đồ ăn và cũng khá yên tĩnh.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Vietnam! The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated with local touches. The location is perfect—close to local markets, cafes, and within walking distance to major attractions. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always available to answer any questions and share useful local tips. I felt very welcomed and at home throughout my stay. If you’re visiting Vietnam and looking for a comfortable and authentic place to stay, this Airbnb is definitely worth checking out. I’d love to come back again!

The apartment was very clean with a lot of supplies. Easy and seamless check in and fantastic communication with the host. The staff on site was also very kind and helpful. The apartment is in a newly developed area with spas cafes and restaurants just downstairs. Amazing views of the bridge and river and very close to district one.

great stay. clean unit and clear instructions by the owner. prompt response as well. despite located in central HCM city, the area was quiet and peaceful.

We had a nice stay! Everything was perfect. Everything important was near by and the kitchen was well equipped. Communication was good too. We definitely would come again!

An amazing location, right in the center of Saigon, so many shops, restaurants, and incredible street food right out the door. The apartment is quiet, on a high floor so the street noise is muted. I slept soundly each night. Lots of closet space, so nice to have a washing machine. Grab taxi and bike, deliveries came to the right location. Tracy was responsive and helpful, great with communication and so friendly. I have stayed in many places in Saigon, and this was about as perfect an apartment as you can find in a bustling city. I hope to come back to stay again.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was nice and clean. The location is close to main tourist area and also a bit on the side so was not noisy or anything around. Ryo is a great host and responds well.

I really like and feel comfortable staying at Tom's apartment. Very strategic location, easy to access and privacy. Lots of restaurants and easy to go anywhere. The facilities are complete and I feel like I'm at home. Someday I come to Ho Chi Min City, I want to stay again at Tom's apartment.
