Holiday rentals with a patio in District 7

The location could not have been better—right in the heart of the city and walking distance to all the top attractions you’d want to visit. The Airbnb itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The rooftop pool was a definite highlight and a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

i know for hcm standards it might seem pricey but i would actually stay here again. the location is really great and the apartment was so clean and nice. everything worked as it should and it was just an overall seamless experience. there are definitely cheaper places but i have no regrets about what i spent for my 4 day stay at all, surprisingly. there is a gs25, highland coffee, and katinat in your backyard… must i say more

there are good place for family and couple travelled clean and beatiful space and include convince facilities. especially the floor is not high. good for baby and children. there are some of not good point wifi and dryer. wifi is sometimes not working and dryer condition is not good. but I strongly recommend this place because the Host will help you what ever you want. and quickly replying

Beautiful apartment that we stayed in for two nights. Was very comfortable and host was extremely accommodating and responsive. Additionally it was walking distance to many cafes and restaurants we had planned to visit.

Just the perfect place to stay in the heart of HCM City. Having a full kitchen and downstairs sitting area made the place feel like home away from home. Excellent WiFi that was perfect for a live interview I needed to do on Zoom. The bed was one of the most conformable I have experienced in Vietnam. Sadly, I had no time to enjoy coffee on the balcony as I was too busy using the office space to catch up on work between meeting. Thanks Derek!

This unique townhouse is a true gem! With 5 en-suite bedrooms, privacy is absolutely guaranteed for everyone in your group. Tucked away in an alley right in the heart of the Bui Vien walking street area, it offers the perfect balance: peaceful tranquility when you need it, yet just steps away from all the vibrant energy, dining, and nightlife. The pull-out sofa bed provides a convenient sixth sleeping option, complemented by a handy sixth small restroom next to the living room. It's truly fantastic for a group to stay together under one roof, especially with the added convenience with the elevator. While the elevator needs a little getting used to, it's generally a huge plus. The host was incredibly helpful and provided detailed instructions, making for a smooth and enjoyable stay! There’re also a 24/24 convenience store near it house, only 1 mins walk. Great spot, multiple month long stays there! Several local restaurants nearby with great food. Pretty close to a couple convenient stores and a bank for their ATM. Local coffee shops are all over. Can’t beat the location.

Beautiful room, light, cozy decor. The lobby is nice, the receptionists and the security are very friendly. The internal utilities are very good, the pool is large, there is a very ideal place to walk.

Loved it here. Check-in was easy, we’ve stayed in another one of their units before, we booked again! It was so clean and lots of space!! Will be booking here again in the future!

Everything is fine, the apartment owns a very nice river view even in the evening it's not too sad.

I spent 2 nights at this apartment in Sky89 and it was a great time. The building has good security and in good condition, many amenities such as Karaoke room, movie room, rooftop pool & sauna. The only thing is that you have to settle your car/bike parking spot because this area doesn't allow street parking, you can ask the security guard for a parking spot outside of the building, the basement of the building costs more if you don't mind. The apartment is spacious and minimal, they also provide water. Hosts are very responsive :)

really enjoyed my accommodations. pictures matched the listing and the view from the terrace was quite inviting. host was very responsive and helpful. would stay again.
