Holiday rentals with a sauna in District 7

This was the best stay of my trip, the building has an AMAZING pool with a breathtaking view of the city and the river. The location is super central as well, 5mins to every where. Truly a luxurious stay for short term or long term. This will be my first choice when I come back to Saigon.

We had a really good stay. The place is clean and service responsive. The only downside was that we had to make arrangement an hour in advance whenever we needed to use the pool.

Everything was fine. It was not very clean, although I asked for a good cleaning since I was with small children. And there was a smell of cigarettes.

Plus, it was surprisingly quick to reach some fantastic restaurants. The pools were stunning, showcasing the architect's attention to detail. But what truly made my stay special was the host's exceptional hospitality. Their fast responses and helpfulness made all the difference. I'll definitely book this place again for my next trip and highly recommend it to anyone. 100% satisfied!

There is a 24-hour Family Mart below, and it is a good area to stay in as it is very near to District 1.

Excellent apartment, great location! A little noisy in the evening because of the amusement park nearby and construction, but at 10 pm the noise subsides. The biggest disadvantage is the very dirty floor in the apartment. Otherwise, I really enjoyed everything. Thank you so much! We will be in Ho Chi Minh City, we will definitely stay here again.

Great place with easy transport to all sites in HCM. The apartment complex had incredible facilities and was great. Will definitely stay here again when I’m back in saigon!

The apartment is located in a good complex of buildings from a well-known developer. Convenient location and excellent infrastructure. Very polite housing manager (but this is Vietnam, everyone is polite here). The manager can offer you two housing options in one building, the second housing, which is called "new", is much better and I recommend taking this option.

Beautiful room, light, cozy decor. The lobby is nice, the receptionists and the security are very friendly. The internal utilities are very good, the pool is large, there is a very ideal place to walk.

The area is quiet, luxurious, beautiful, adjacent to the river, with a restaurant next to the apartment 200m, beautiful swimming pool, free to watch the scenery, utilities in the full apartment, gym, wet sauna. In short, a place to go and experience!

The place was wonderful and felt more like a home cozy and comfortable! The bed was amazing and enjoyed the gym and pool as well. We plan on staying here again next month! I highly recommend it 👌

My family and friends rent this house for April 30. The house is centrally located, convenient transportation, large alley accessible, quiet. The room is new, clean and tidy, just like the description. People are very friendly and hospitable. Thank you Host Hang and Mr Tam for having us these days, the house was so nice and clean. Definitely will come back next trip

The owner is very nice, the staff are enthusiastic and sophisticated. The room is nice and fully furnished, compared to the price, I feel very reasonable. Always timely support. You guys come to Go Vap don't miss this place. Would definitely be back.
