Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in District 7

It was very good place in the hearth of district 1. Some noise but it comes with the location.

The host's response is very quick and very friendly. The room condition is also very good and the view is art. Always prosper. Thank you for the late checkout.

Everything was fine. It was not very clean, although I asked for a good cleaning since I was with small children. And there was a smell of cigarettes.

Tina was extremely warm and accommodating as a host. She was always available to help. The house is a warm, cosy and exclusive place to stay for your vacations. Nice building and great facilities.

Super great place and awesome views of the high houses in the city! The host was great, clear instructions always responded quickly, and were easy to communicate with! The only thing I have to point out is that there is a second house opposite the apartment that will obscure the view when it is ready but so far it works great!

We had such a great experience staying here as a whole family! The accommodation was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for a large group. The location was incredibly convenient, with everything within walking distance. We also loved how the house was decorated — it truly gave us a feel of the local culture. The host contacted me during check-in late at night, but he was so friendly that I didn't feel any discomfort. The house was very clean, the supplies were well prepared, and I was able to walk to the B&B in 5 minutes. The townhouse was spacious, so it was easy to live in, and the restaurant on the first floor was very well done.

It was a clean and nice room to stay alone. Apart from the inconvenience of having to go up to the third floor and the hassle of using a narrow staircase shared washing machine, I was very satisfied. The host was also friendly. It was so nice.

This was the perfect place for our stay in Saigon. We are traveling with two families, a group of ten. Everyone had there own very comfortable bedroom and bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, the place was clean and the air-conditioning much appreciated.

Suitable for multiple people, Truc is very friendly and responds quickly The bathroom is clean, the shower has a large flow of water and plenty of hot water, and the large flow of water will accumulate water but will quickly recede. The bed has no odor, the room is neat and clean, and each air conditioner is super cool! Fully equipped, no problem cooking supper, and eggs and bread and water are provided. In the alley, it is quiet and safe at night, and it is very easy to call a car! The house is a bit old, but it is well maintained. Overall, it is a very good place to stay. Recommended!

Very helpful and responsive host. Room was nice and clean, looked like photos and well equipped. There are convenient stores, mini supermarket and pharmacy downstairs. Prime location.

Rented Tony’s space out for the night and I truly enjoyed it. Interior is clean and it is self check in. There’s a washer and dryer which I also appreciate. Overall, would book again.

Amazing place and host

I really like and feel comfortable staying at Tom's apartment. Very strategic location, easy to access and privacy. Lots of restaurants and easy to go anywhere. The facilities are complete and I feel like I'm at home. Someday I come to Ho Chi Min City, I want to stay again at Tom's apartment. We had a great stay at Lyn’s place. The apartment was conveniently located at District 1, and was easy to get to the places we wanted. Lyn was also extremely responsive and kind. We had some issues with the toilet heating and Lyn was extremely proactive, immediately sending her staff to get it sorted out for us. Overall it was a great stay, thanks Lyn for having us!

Great premium class property and very spacious flat. The area is less congested and has everything you need - a gourmet store, several coffee shops, a pharmacy, a supermarket etc, plus very close to downtown and D2. Was renting for my family visiting and they were very happy with the apartment and the amenities.
