Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Doctor Phillips

Beautiful and Cozy Stay! This home was exactly what I was looking for — perfect for two people and beautifully maintained. I especially loved the TV setup that extended to the bed, making it extra cozy for relaxing. I was initially worried about needing to bring my own seasonings and basics, but the host had everything covered. I absolutely loved my stay and would 100% recommend it to anyone!

Leah was a great host and very responsive. The house was great for me and my family while traveling for work. Awesome location in great neighborhood. I felt safe for my family while at work during the day. The pool area was great and the accommodations were suitable for our family. My 3 children had a blast and they had enough room to space out when necessary. Thanks Leah again for our stay and being a great host.

What an amazing 2 weeks with family!! Don’t hesitate to book this GEM of a home! It’s beautiful, peaceful (on a culdesac) SUPER QUIET at night, great spots to eat at the waterfront and all around Minneola in general. We had an issue with warming the spa and both were very responsive, ordered the part and within 2 days its was perfect. This house had EVERY amenity you would need and then some…games indoor and outdoor, kids books, fire pit, swing, blankets to cozy up on couch, dog bowls, leashes, toys etc. They truly make you feel like it’s home. We can’t rave about it enough!! We were only a short half hour drive away from Disney also. Our 2 small dogs absolutely LOVED chasing lizards and frogs around the pool area! We would LOVE to come back if they would have us! Thank you again for being such great hosts! All you do to make your guests feel comfortable at home does NOT go unnoticed! All I can say is REVIEWS MATTER! Everything was wonderful, the photos were so accurate, we literally felt like we stayed in a mansion for our family vacation. We traveled as a multi-generational family and there was something for everyone. If we wanted to we could have literally stayed at the property and had everything we needed to occupy everyone!! Michael is a 10/10! He was incredible responsive, helpful, explained things proactively before I could even think of a question on something. He was kind and accommodating with every ask we had. We arrived to a personal card and welcome gift which just started us off on the right foot and made us feel appreciated. He truly was the icing to a great stay. We without hesitation would come back to this property or stay with Michael at any of his other listing's just because he was that great. Reviews matter, this place is worth it!

We had an amazing stay! The place was beautiful and in a nice neighborhood. The amenities were perfect for a family trip with kids so they weren’t bored at all. Lots of fun to be had here! Will definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay for our family of six. The location was good, it was nice and roomy, and near a Walmart which was helpful. We enjoyed swimming at the many pools that were accessible to the property. My only complaints are that the kitchen wasn't as well stocked as the photos showed, and it would be nice if they left us more household items (such as more than two packets of dishwashing soap, 2 garbage bags, etc.). We were definitely running the dishwasher more than twice during our stay, and it's just a hassle to buy those things at the store when we only needed a couple more. Maybe a suggestion is to supply the house based on the days of stay. However, these are not things that would bring the rating down for me because I felt like the host was great at communicating, I would recommend it to friends, and we would stay there again.

This was a quick visit to Winter Park. The rental is as described and is in a good location to Winter Park. Most of the restaurants and stores were within a 10min drive including grocery stores. The property manager was proactive and great with communication. The area was quiet and peaceful and felt safe. The house is as described. The beds are clean and comfortable. The showers are large and the living room has a big comfortable sofa. The kitchen has appliances and a full accompaniment of cooking supplies. I recommend this unit if you want to be near Winter Park or want to visit surrounding areas.

This airbnb is seriously a gem! It’s right off Mills Ave and close to all the amazing spots in Orlando. My friends and I loved the backyard. The home was also really clean and the beds were amazing!

Alexander is an A+++ host. He cares and it shows that he takes pride in his rental. The place is super clean. super private and quiet. Just a stones throw from beautiful downtown too. 5 stars 👍

Great spot to stay. Close to everything

Kyle’s apartment was extremely beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. He communicated very well and check in was very convenient and well instructed. My favorite part about this booking is to be able to park inside of a garage. I most definitely recommend and will book again in the future.

Great place to stay - clean, easy entry, quiet. The AC worked well in the summer heat. The supplied pack-n-play (crib) worked well for our infant. Good restaurants within a 10-15 minute drive, downtown Orlando within a 35 minute drive.

Really enjoying the place. Very nice and homey. The place was very accommodating and more. Provided more than the normal Airbnb. My parents & I had a great time.

Wonderful location. Facility was perfect. Extremely convenient for Disney and Universal. Sitting on the deck overlooking Lake Bryan feels like you are in the country with Disney Springs minutes away. The Host is wonderful as well.

Peaceful serenity with modern amenities. Best of both worlds. Great escape from a hectic world. You won’t want to leave ! And the staff and owners are very accommodative and attentive. I would return without a doubt.

A great stay. Really. The entire property is very well planned and maintained. A definite “cabin in the woods” atmosphere. Location is also a huge plus; it’s not in the middle of Orlando/Disney crowd, but not too far away from town. Already looking forward to another stay.
