In zona strategica al confine con la Toscana, da qui puoi raggiungere molte località: Cinque Terre, Lerici, Portovenere, La Spezia. Firenze a un'ora di auto, Pisa e Lucca a 40 minuti. Le cave di marmo di Carrara, la Versilia, le Alpi Apuane si raggiungono in mezz'ora di auto. Genova in 1 ora, Milano in 2 ore d'auto. Comoda vicino all'autostrada, alla stazione ferroviaria, ai traghetti per le Cinque Terre.

The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

La villetta ti permette di raggiungere in soli 30 minuti le famose e pittoresche Cinque Terre e la meravigliosa Portovenere, e la città di Pisa con la sua torre pendente. La piscina non è riscaldata ma a temperatura ambiente.

The beach, center, restaurants, station, and ferries are within walking distance. A unique place to spend mornings drinking coffee and evenings sipping local wine, admiring the sunrise and sunset in the front row!🌅🍷 *If there are more than 2 of you, we recommend the apartment for families! There is little privacy.
