Vous découvrirez sa magnifique cheminée monumentale et vous tomberez sous le charme de cet édifice authentique, chargé d'histoire avec tout le confort moderne au coeur d'un beau parc de 3 hectares avec son étang à seulement 15 min à pieds du centre historique ou 3 min en bus gratuit.

Set within a large private mature garden which is fully enclosed the cottage features a really comfortable interior making it the ideal place to visit all year round. Close to must see destinations such as Mont St Michel, St Malo, Cancale, Dinan, Rennes and the Normandy Beaches and war Memorials it is ideally located to explore everything that's on offer in this area of Brittany and Normandy.

House no. 1 is available to rent all year round. In winter you can spend cosy moments in front of the fireplace, and in summer you can enjoy the mildness of the garden and the calm of the surrounding area. With one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 3 single beds, the house is perfect for groups of up to 5 people. If you're planning to come as a group, don't forget to book wooden house no. 2 as well! The house is classified as a 3* furnished holiday home.

Pour un séjour dans un cadre verdoyant et très calme. Cuisine équipée, joli coin de jardin donnant sur un petit étang. Barbecue pour l'été et cheminée pour l'hiver (bois fourni). Idéalement situé pour de nombreux circuits touristiques (Le Mont Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo, Dinan, Cancale, Dinard …). Pour les plus jeunes , ils pourront profiter à proximité de la base de loisirs de la foret de Villecartier (accrobranches, balade en mini bateaux …).

Bienvenue aux "Gîtes le Raingo" à Epiniac !! Belle maison de vacances à louer de 135 m2, typiquement bretonne sur deux étages en pleine campagne. Idéalement située et exposée plein sud , peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. C'est une maison paisible en bordure de forêt, faisant partie du patrimoine classé du Château de Landal. Dans notre logement vous pourrez profiter d'un séjour paisible et spacieux pour toute votre famille. Notre maison dispose d'une terrasse et d'un grand terrain, sur lequel vos enfants pourront s'amuser en sécurité et dans le calme. Le terrain est partagé avec notre 2eme gîte, mais les terrasses sont séparées. Notre logement est idéalement situé proche de Saint-Malo, Dinan et du Mont Saint-Michel.
