Quiet apartment, parking, double beds - separate

The comfortable apartment is in a quiet part of the housing estate and has its own parking space, which you can see from the room. We will provide beds with slats 2.20 m long according to the wishes of the guests. The third guest sleeps on a mattress or sofa in the living room. Modern practical kitchen, coffee machine, tea, spices and everything you need for cooking. We don't have a TV. The apartment is designed for guests who are looking for rest and peace to work. In winter we heat with air conditioning and it's ok, the house is well insulated. On the day of arrival, the apartment is heated to 22 degrees and you can monitor the temperature yourself.

The accommodation is close to the Brno Exhibition Center (BVV) and also close to the motorway exit to Prague. The apartments are fully equipped with furniture, appliances, air conditioning and the privacy of guests is ensured by window blinds. Guests can refresh themselves with Nespresso coffee, tea and water free of charge. The apartment includes a paid minibar.

Quiet area near the forest, 30 minutes by public transport to the center. Dedicated parking can be arranged on request (this service is already included in the price of accommodation).

Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle, Romanesque church, Gothic ossuary and lots of nature between the forest and wine district near Eggenburg. Bicycles, e-bikes, canoes, kayaks, fireplace, grill, sand playground, table tennis and sauna. And Josephsbrot, perhaps the best bakery in Austria with a cafe. We look forward to it! Fully equipped stylish underroof flat with kitchen, flat tv with Chromest- Netflix, dolce gusto cofee maker, 4 beds ( possibility to add an extra matrace) with washing and dish wash machine and huge terrace, just 20 minutes from Brno, 20 minutes to Aqua Landia, 5 minutes from direct train station to Brno. Suitable for infants (baby bed and seat). There are parking spaces right infront of the house.

Cozy cabin in South Bruno

The cabin is located on the edge of the village in a nice location in the middle of nature. It is a detached building with an adjacent fireplace where you can grill and it has its own entrance. It is possible to park in front of the garages of the family house behind the fence, the accommodated guest has their own remote control from the gate and then walk 100m along the sidewalk to the cabin.
