I loved the place! Beautiful, clean, well-lit, spacious and quiet! With markets, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. nearby, which makes the stay easier. Rene is also a polite and helpful person, although he didn't need to do much because the apartment is super complete with everything in great condition! If I need to stay in the city again, I would stay in the same place! :)

Ideally, we would have stayed 5 days, but for personal reasons, we shortened our visit to just one day. During this period, it was possible to verify - Complete house (it is better organized/nicer than in the photos, however, without the living room table). - Hot shower (good bath) - Television, refrigerator and electric kettle working very well (that's what we tested). - Split working perfectly (we only tested it in one of the three rooms). - Very comfortable bed (we only tested one of the three bedrooms). - Wi-Fi worked 100% during the short stay. - Communication, receipt and delivery of the keys were extremely fast. Both Felipe and his mother were extremely helpful. - The only detail I would point out, which has nothing to do with the owner or the house, is that the street has many dogs and at night the barking/howling can bother those who are a little more sensitive (my sleep is light and I woke up to the barking only once, in the early morning).

Andrea's apartment is right in the city center, close to everything. There is no need to take a car for practically anything, as there are many shops nearby. In addition, Andrea was extremely helpful and made us feel at home. Very clean apartment, legitimate with the photos in the app, a beautiful view and very well lit. Thanks again to Andrea for the hospitality, we felt at home! We'll definitely be back!
