Au pied de l’immeuble se trouvent les restaurants, les bars, tous les commerces utiles (alimentation, pharmacie, banque..) et le vieux marché. Le quartier des antiquaires est à 50 m de l'immeuble et le château de Versailles est à 10/12 min à pied.
