Brenda’s place was just as listed. Great location, clean, great space to call home for the week. Within walking or short drive to many restaurants and shopping areas. Walk to the beach was easy especially with all the beach supplies in the condo. Brenda was also very responsive when I reached out with clarifying questions.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay! The place looked just like the pictures. It truly put us at ease how clean the place was and smelled. It was well stocked with everything you would need. And our kids loved the scooters!! The host and his Dami definitely put the love into their property and it was felt! We would definitely stay here again!!!

5/5 stars! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The house was perfect for our family's needs, with everything we could possibly want. But the real showstopper was the stunning view - it took our breath away every day! Our whole family loved every moment of our stay, and we can't wait to come back every summer. Even the intense storm on our last day couldn't dampen our spirits! The big waves and strong winds only added to the excitement, and we still managed to have a great time. Thank you to our amazing hosts for sharing this gem with us. We'll be back soon, storm or shine!

We had a great time visiting Beth’s unit at The Boardwalk Condominiums. The condo itself was perfect for our family, the view of the Gulf was beautiful, and Manasota Key area was so fun for our family with ages ranging from 73 years old to 12 years old. Lots of fun walking to restaurants and hopping between the pool and beach. Thanks for everything, Beth!

We loved our stay. The condo has great views and the building has lots to do with shops and restaurants within walking distance and live music (and dancing!) several nights. Regina was friendly and responsive and the kitchen was well-stocked with nearly every appliance/dish you could wish for. They provided plenty of beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and even cooler bags. There were also fishing poles but we didn't try that. The Sanibel beaches are about an hour's drive away which is longer than I had anticipated but not a big deal for us - just good to know. All-in-all a great stay in a beautiful property! I'd go back in a heartbeat!

Deedra and her place were great. A relaxing place on the water with a pool, and a host who was responsive and polite. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

Our stay at Yenny’s condo was great! She communicated quickly whenever I reached out before our stay and even contacted us once we were there asking if we needed a packnplay! The location is close to the grocery store, restaurants and Cape Coral beach. We hope the condo is available in the future when needed as our stay couldn’t have been better. Thank you, Yenny

This place is awesome! A nice washer and dryer, super clean, comfortable, and a cute outside sitting area. host left snacks, water, cooler, flashlight, and beach towels - very well thought out. The host was also super nice when we thought we locked ourselves out 😅 We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Amazing location! The condo was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed! I was pleasantly surprised that we couldn’t hear any other guests while inside our unit. The outdoor chairs, tables, hammock, swings were all awesome. Loved that the sliding door slid all the way open ( both doors pushed inside the slot!) making it feel open and let fresh beach air inside in the morning and at night. We cooked some meals and ate outside, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. POP’s Sunset grill had amazing food and was super close by. The host was responsive and helped quickly when needed! The onsite laundry room was so great! We saw some gopher tortoises passing through the back yard, which was so cool! The sunsets were beautiful each night and we loved finding shark teeth all along the beach. Our family had an awesome stay and we will definitely book this condo again! Thank you, Travis, for everything!

Exactly as advertised, no complaints at all. Our trip was cut short due to the hurricane but the host were very friendly and compassionate.

Great place to relax. The space is very welcoming and peaceful with modern, clean lines flavor. Beach is step away- no crowds. We were very lucky and met very good hearted people around. We extended our stay thanks to Brian who helped us accommodate for one more night. I really do recommend Brian’s listing. Thank you for your hospitality!

I had a truly exceptional experience staying at Zoya’s property. From the very beginning, she was extremely responsive, kind, and thoughtful. The check-in process was smooth and the home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Zoya went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during our stay. Her communication was prompt and helpful, and she was always available if we had any questions. I would highly recommend Zoya as a host to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing that we didn’t enjoy is the pool that was next to our place was very small and no umbrella for sun protection. The 2nd pool was located in the club house that was about a mile away and that pool wasn’t very big either. Other than that the place was great. Quiet and very spacious

We really enjoyed our stay. This end of the island has its own area for dining and shopping, which seems less hectic and crowded than the village. The beach was beautiful and we felt very secure with the gated community. I really liked the placard for securing beach chairs as well. We would definitely recommend staying here to our friends and families
