Holiday rentals with a kayak in Don Pedro Island

We have stayed at this house before and always enjoyed the amenities, location and our very responsive host. We had a great time this year as well and would definitely rent it again.

Kevins house was nothing short of amazing and as others have stated, the photos don't it justice. We loved the outdoor space and the pool was bigger than appeared in photos. The inside of the house was very open and we were able to feel "at home". Kevin was very responsive before and during, although we didn't have any issues during our stay, but we did have to call him upon our arrival as we went to the wrong address (our fault!). It is in an "up and coming area" of Cape Coral, but it is a very quiet and nice area, and Publix is right down the road. Even Target, Aldis, and a farmers market store is within 10 minutes. We decided to drive to Naples area beaches, as we prefer those, and it was an hour drive, which we didn't mind. Lots of restaurants within 10-25 minutes. Only my husband and I stayed, but it would be great with the kids or other couples, and would definitely love to stay in this house in the future.

My family and i had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and fully equipped. Nice neighborhood. Close to restaurants and stores. Rhi and Michael were very responsive. We had some issues with the pool & hot tub and they sent someone to fix it the next morning. They also worked with us on an early check in. The no pet fee is also a very nice bonus! The dock & paddle boat was a fun added touch. My husband was surprised by a decently large lizard (about 3 ft) sun bathing on the dock. The dock is surrounded by trees so you can’t see it until you get down to it. We also saw plenty tiny lizards outside & also one in the house. The bicycles were fun too, i only wish there were 4 so we all could have gone on a bike ride together. The only other constructive criticism i have is some of the appliances could use to be updated as well as the kitchen sink/faucet. Also, the outside tiki area/tables n chairs needs to be added into the cleaning routine before guests check in. Saved 4 future stays!

Troy's home was comfortable and clean. The best part of the home was the numerous amenities available with the rental. Troy had bikes, kayaks, and the best pool. We had a wonderful time in Punta Gorda and would be happy to stay again when we return to town.

Disappointed that my research of the area was not fully accurate as Blind Pass did not allow drivable access to the northern portion of Manasota Key due to storm damage but that is my mix up. The photos of this listing do not do it justice. A beautiful accommodation accompanied by beautiful surroundings as it is situated off of Lemon Bay. My son loved waking up and walking to the dock, we were greeted by manatees a few mornings. Plenty of room for larger travel groups. Well furnished and very clean. There were not many beach supplies in the garage but we brought our own so that was not a big deal and one patio door had a messed up handle but there were multiple sliding doors on each level of the house so that wasn’t a big issue either. 10/10 recommend! We did not want to leave!

Beautiful house, great pool, large functional bathrooms, and amazing views. will be back in the future with my family.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space for everyone. We loved seeing the manatees off the dock and riding the bikes. Thanks for a fun visit!

Our time at Horse Creek Retreat with Marc and Meagan was fantastic. They were very accommodating hosts and were always available if we had a question or need. The property was private and beautiful and the amenities were very enjoyable. The cottage was outfitted with all the kitchen-ware that we needed and was comfortable (with strong AC 😁). It definitely was the get-away that we were hoping for - we hope to come back!

Amy is a terrific host and always on hand with local suggestions, additionally to the comprehensive package at the property. The property itself is in an amazing location, with just a 60 second walk to the beach and bath like sea! To help, Amy provides all the kit needed for the beach with chairs, parasols and towels easily to hand. The kitchen is great with all cooking implements you need and the living room has a massive TV with all the required streaming services logged in. I would definitely recommend Amy as a host!

This is a beautiful home. Well appointed and well maintained. Everything was spotless. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!! The host thought of almost everything. Kayaks, bicycles, pool towels, etc. My only recommendations for improvement would be facial tissues and fans for sleeping. That’s it! That’s all I could think of.

This was such a pleasant surprise! The property was brand new and offered every amenity we could want. ( loved the USB outlets strategically placed, well done and often not seen) The neighborhood was quiet and it really was a short walk to the beach, made easy with the available beach cart. This may be my first ever review after all my stays at airbnb's as it certainly deserves it. Jenn & Eddie were easy to communicate with and the vibe all around was fantastic. Thank you & we will be back!

Wow! We loved this house. Great outdoor seating, loved watching the boats come and go. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. Great flat grill for dinners at home. Good restaurant options in the area. Cape Coral is close to so much, but away from traffic. Loads of windows and natural light. Very clean. Highly recommend.

Thomas’s Captiva home was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! It had everything imaginable to make our stay a huge success. The kids loved all the wildlife, the large selection of beach toys, books, toys, and games. The beach itself was stunning, and it was never busy or crowded like all other beaches we have been to. A truly beautiful and relaxing experience for the whole family. Highly recommend!!

An absolute beautiful home! Kayaking on the lake was definitely a core memory for the kids. Having a ping pong table in the garage was a real life saver for us since it rained nearly everyday we were there. Sometimes the rain would stop at night which was wonderful because then we got to enjoy the hot tube. The only things that could use improvement are the primary bedroom curtains and better pillows other than that this home is absolutely perfect!

The unit is just awesome and cozy. John was very nice and very helpful We are sure next year it’ll be great after all the place is redone and cleaned of debris We’ll get back after confirming Manasota is looking as it used to be
