Mit der U1 ist man in 7 Minuten am Stephansplatz und damit im Zentrum Wiens. Die UNO City und das Vienna International Center befinden sich auch nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Billa, Spar, Bipa, Apotheke sowie Restaurants sind vor Ort vorhanden. Zur Entspannung und Erholung laden die Donauinsel und das Kaiserwasser ein. Alles ist fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar.

Diese Apartments sind zwischen 58 m² und 60 m² groß und verfügen über Vorzimmer mit voll eingerichteter Küche, Badezimmer, Sat-TV, Mobiltelefon sowie Klimatisierung. Die Reinigung erfolgt täglich vormittags an Werktagen und ist im Preis inbegriffen.

Diese Wohnung befindet sich in der Mitte Wien's. Es ist eine Erdgeschoss Wohnung, ca 500m von Wien Praterstern entfernt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Haus Fugbachgasse 5, sie hat einen seperaten Eingang, der sich um die Ecke auf der Mühlfeldgasse befindet. Zugang per Zahlenschloss, Code wird vor der Ankunft bekannt gegeben. Kein anderer hat Zugang zu dieser Wohnung, sie gehört also dir/euch ganz alleine. Die Unterkunft liegt zentral im 2. Bezirk und ist nur 4 Stationen vom Zentrum und 3 Stationen vom Prater entfernt. Dem grünen Herzen und der Erholungszone von Wien. Der Augarten ist nur 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ein Highlight im Sommer um die Sonnenstrahlen zu genießen. Mit dem Auto dauert der Weg zum Flughafen 20 Minuten.
