Ella's apartment is lovely, and she is a great host—the location is extremely central but not noisy, and it is very nicely kitted out. We would absolutely stay here again.

Es waren 10 wirklich schöne Tage in Martins Wohnung und allgemein in Wien. Der Kontakt im Vorfeld mit Sylvia und auch die Ankunft und unser Kennenlernen waren sehr nett und freundlich. Man fühlt sich sofort gut aufgehoben und wohl in der Wohnung, alles ist sehr geschmackvoll und bequem eingerichtet, auch die Sauberkeit war absolut gegeben. Das Beste sind natürlich die Aussicht und der Pool auf der Dachterrasse, welcher allerdings doch meist recht frisch ist. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität und man bekommt, was man sieht - in echt ist es noch viel schöner ;) Müsste ich meckern, dann wäre das wirklich auf hohem Niveau, denn es sind nur Kleinigkeiten: im Badezimmer sollte es mehr Haken für Handtücher o.ä. geben und die Daunenbettdecken empfanden wir bei über 25° als viel zu warm. Aber das sind nun wirklich die kleinsten Kleinigkeiten. Ich würde der Wohnung und dem drumherum mindestens eine 9 von 10 geben :)

Fabulous apartment - great location for the sights - walkable to many and then public transport nearby if required. Jakob greeted us and very friendly. Contacted for the use of sofa bed and great response . Apartment was super clean and has everything one needs - plenty of crockery etc so not having to wash dishes all the time. They have thought of everything and it’s one of the best places we have booked using Airbnb . Had a great visit to Vienna - fabulous city and if/ when we return, would have no hesitation in booking apartment Franzl again.

Wir waren einfach nur begeistert von der tollen, extrem gepflegten und topp ausgestatteten Wohnung, der grandiosen und ruhigen Lage mit schnellen Verbindungsmöglichkeiten ins Zentrum und natürlich auch von unserem wunderbaren Gastgeber Alexander. Er erfüllte uns alle erdenklichen Wünsche und gab uns viele wertvolle Tipps! Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Ein echter Glücksfall!

Great place and great host! The apartment is well furnished and located very near public transportation to take you to all the sites to see including some smaller plazas that are walkable. The host is responsive and kind with really good recommendations for what you are looking for and popular things and restaurants to experience. Highly recommend it!

Emilia's unit is located on the 2nd floor. Place is 3-4mins walk away from nearest station. And to Stephansplatz is 2 train stops away. There are Billa supermarket, bread shop and post office. We walked across the park to get to the station and the neighbourhood is kids friendly and safe most important. The unit is very spacious as described. The 2 sofa beds in the living room are comfy too. There are 2 big separate dryer and washer amd that's our main pt. We closed the windows all the time to isolate traffic noise. The kitchen also has oven and necessary utensils. The lift maybe small but it's ok to take 2 turns for a family of six. Overall we really recommend taking this unit.

Wir hatten einen absolut perfekten Aufenthalt. Schon beim Check-in wurden wir super herzlich empfangen - alles war genau so, wie in der Beschreibung (wenn nicht sogar besser!). Die Unterkunft war blitzsauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht - man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert, freundlich und schnell - man merkt einfach, dass hier mit Herz und Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wird. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft wirklich jedem empfehlen, der einen sorgenfreien und schönen Aufenthalt in Wien genießen möchte.

Wir waren 6 Tage in dem großen, neuen Haus mit Garten von Catharina und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr schön und hochwertig eingerichtet, zu unserer großen Freude gibt es sogar ein Klavier. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, die drei Badezimmer sind toll. Die Lage in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet ganz in der Nähe eines Waldgebietes war super, besonders für unseren Hund. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Wiener Wald. Nach Wien Stadtzentrum fährt man mit dem Auto ca. 30 Minuten. Es ist, wie angegeben, ein Smart Home, was etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist.

Cornelia ist eine sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns in ihrer Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt, es ist ein einladendes, ordentliches Haus mit schönem Ambiente. Der Kamin lädt dazu ein, den Abend gemütlich davor zu verbringen. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen reibungslos, und die Anweisungen waren klar und deutlich. Wir können die Unterkunft gerne weiterempfehlen.

This is one of the very best areas of Vienna: quiet, very safe, and well connected to public transportation. This particular property is surrounded by so much green that it almost feels rural, but there are several tram and bus lines less than a 5-minute walk away. The building is modern, and all the appliances and fixtures are high quality. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy. The host family was very friendly, and Kati was very responsive whenever we had any questions.

Das Haus in Wien war groß und super für uns– genug Platz für alle und ca. 25 Minuten mit U-Bahn von Zentrum Vienna entfernt. Der Garten war richtig schön zum Chillen. In der Nähe gab’s alles, was man braucht: Bäckerei, die U-Bahn, also super Lage. Richtig praktisch war auch, dass wir das Auto zwei Tage im Hof stehen lassen konnten – total entspannt. Hat uns echt gut gefallen.

Awesome, cozy place and a superb host. We got delayed in traffic and even at 10PM late arrival Daniela was there to welcome us in person. It is a safe and secure neighborhood, With secure private parking only 15Min drive to the City center. Ideal for family with kids and also a lot of open space and a beautiful east facing sunny terrace.

We had a wonderful stay at Dajana’s property. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it perfect for our family. Dajana and her husband was an excellent host—kind, responsive, and accommodating. The location was convenient for exploring Vienna, and we felt truly at home during our stay. Highly recommend staying here, and we would love to come back in the future!

I stayed here about two and a half weeks. The location was quite good with easy access to the U1, the tram, and bus lines. Just about all chain grocery stores are within a short walk coupled with several ethnic stores. The neighborhood is very multicultural and lively and people are very friendly. It is a good base to explore the city while experiencing how the locals live. The apartment is on the ground level facing an inner courtyard. It gets plenty of natural light. The kitchen is stocked with essentials, and has a dishwasher and microwave, but not oven. The bed is comfortable and firm. Water pressure is good and gets quite hot. The shower is a bit tricky to keep the water from leaking even when keeping the doors fully closed. A big issue for two people would be the space between the bed and the wall in the bedroom. When going around the base of the bed, it is quite narrow, and care needs be taken to avoid banging toes and knees. I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return.

Ronen est un hôte tout à fait charmant et très accueillant. Il nous a attendu personnellement afin de nous donner tous les détails nécessaires concernant son appartement et le quartier. Idéalement placé, nous avons pleinement profité du lieu, très propre et bien aménagé. Je recommande à tout point de vue!

Die Wohnung ist gut an dem ÖPNV angebunden, groß und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Es gibt einige nette Lokale, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Wir waren zu viert und hatten auf jeden Fall mehr als genug Platz. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Einziges Manko: Wenn die Fenster offen sind hört man die nahe gelegene, stark befahrene Straße sehr laut.

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Ulli and Günther's apartment. The apartment is charming, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed to meet all the needs of travelers. The place is very quiet, extremely clean and tidy, and exceptionally well equipped. It is conveniently located near train and metro stations, making it easy to get around the city. There are also great shops nearby. The hosts were incredibly kind and friendly, genuinely warm and welcoming people who shared many helpful tips and information about shops, transportation, and tourist attractions in Vienna. We highly recommend it!

El departamento estaba exactamente a lo publicado. Fueron muy buenos anfitriones, con instrucciones claras. Todo estaba impecable, sábanas, tohallas, cocina y baño. La cama muy cómoda. Excelentes almohadas! Estaba a 20 minutos caminando del centro zona segura e iluminada. Lo recomiendo

Christinie and Brane welcomed us with open hearts and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They were incredibly kind and easy to communicate with. When we requested an air conditioner, Brane installed it at the first opportunity. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. It’s located a bit outside the city center, and it takes about 30 minutes to reach downtown by public transport. Overall, it’s a great option for a short stay in Vienna if you’re comfortable staying outside the city center.

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold. Sebastian og Januska er de rareste og mest hjælpsomme værter. De svarer hurtigt, er meget imødekommende, og generelt bare fantastiske. Vi giver dem vores absolut bedste anbefalinger!

We stayed here for a month with our 3-year-old and 6-month-old, and we couldn't have hoped for a better place to stay during our time in Vienna. The apartment itself was perfect for us and our kids with lots of baby supplies and toys for our kids. The elevator in the building was also a big benefit. The neighborhood was fantastic as well with lots of restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops and parks close by, not to mention the easy and quick accessibility to both the main train station and the inner city. Daria and Jochen are some of the nicest people and best hosts we have ever had. They even let us borrow a stroller for our 3-year-old when we had trouble finding one to buy in the city. 1000% I would recommend this AirBnB, and I would try to book it again if we ever find ourselves visiting Vienna again. If you are considering booking this AirBnB, I recommend you look no further. You won't be disappointed!
