Monthly Rentals in Dong Xuan

Tran’s homestay located on the 2nd floor of a busy intersection lined with storefronts and restaurants was one of my favorite places to stay during my 3 weeks in Vietnam. The space was clean and spacious, the option of sleeping in any of the 2 beds or 1 sofa bed was a plus, and the accessibility to the best parts of Old Quarter due to its location made it so easy to get a comprehensive experience of Hanoi. I definitely recommend this homestay :)

Looks just like the pictures, and very spacious. Sometimes these places use a wide angle camera to Make the space look big, but this place is actually spacious. We were here for almost a month and it really did feel like home, unlike a lot of hotel rooms. It’s very close to everything you probably want to see if you’re coming to Hanoi, and everything is very walkable, or easy to grab to. You’ve also got a lot of really good restaurants only a stones throw from here, including a bunch of Michelin guide ones. Definitely try the Michelin guide Banh Quan that’s a 1 minute walk away. Shower was hot, great water pressure. Air con also good, powerful enough to chill the room quickly

Quynh's apartment is located right in the Old Quarter, and walking to Hoan Kiem Lake and surrounding attractions was really convenient! Self check-in was a breeze with Quynh's clear instructions and photos. The apartment is located just off the street, street noise is normal but definitely not an issue. The apartment was clean and tidy, with ample amenities provided. Food spots are plentiful and even a convenience store on a neighboring street (2-3 minutes walk). Quynh was very responsive and accommodating! Definitely would recommend staying here!
