Il Cubetto -Sea Studio: sense of peace and freedom

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

Open space surrounded by nature

Casa Namaste is a small stone cottage with well-kept interiors 1 km from the medieval village of Montescudaio. The house is completely surrounded by woods and centuries-old oaks. 150 meters away flows the Cecina river. In the 5000 square meter garden there is a natural spring with a large stone tub to cool off and an outdoor hot shower surrounded by greenery. We have a Vodafone adsl line with download 33 and upload 1.4. Smart TV and air conditioning are also available starting this spring

The villa built entirely of stone gives our guests a relaxing stay in complete privacy but also pleasant excursions in the surroundings and the sea. Located at the beginning of the pedestrian centre of Castagneto Carducci, this open-space garden apartment has amazing view toward valley and sea coast. The property is highly standard furnished and has an independent terrace for dining. Through small stairs it reaches a big stone-wall surrounded garden with brick BBQ, which is in common with another apartment of the same owner. They can be rented separately or together. Free public parking at 2' min walking from the house.

"Il Frassino" Country House

Il Frassino is a charming little house built in 2024, consisting of a large room organized into air-conditioned living and sleeping areas, a bathroom with shower, an air-conditioned solar greenhouse and a porch. Typical Tuscan garden with large shaded areas; a hedge separates it from the Accattapane road. Relaxation space available for any activity and car parking. In front of the Frassino there is another small house, Il Corbezzolo, belonging to the agriturismo.

Casa Sabina

The apartment, which provides your own private entrance, has been recently renovated and furnished with care. It is located at the foot of the ancient Castle of Montemassi in a historic square in the characteristic medieval village. With only pedestrian access allowed in this square, you can be assured to have a tranquil and peaceful stay. A 5 minute walk from the apartment, the Castle of Montemass provides visitors with a cultural activity during their stay.

It is immersed in a peaceful countryside surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodland and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the castle of Castagneto Carducci. At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.
