A spotless accommodation and very well located. In a quiet residential area close to the forest for beautiful walks. A real little cocoon where you feel good with a fenced garden, great for our little fur balls! Super well equipped, there is really everything you need in the accommodation! We arrived independently but Annabelle and Laurent were very responsive and clear in their instructions. We strongly recommend!

We had a great stay in this charming Basque house, ideal for family holidays. The house is spacious, well-equipped and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The environment is very quiet, perfect for relaxing. The view is beautiful and the location is perfect, close to Saint-Jean-de-Luz, San Sebastian and amenities. Authentic house in a very quiet environment without neighbors. Very pleasant stay in a beautiful region with many walks for those who like to hike with elevation. House very well located close to Biarritz, Spain, the ocean and the main Basque villages... We'll be there again.

We spent a night with my parents in this charming old farmhouse in the heart of the Basque Country. Surrounded by greenery, horses, cows and sheep, we were completely disoriented, a real breath of fresh air in the countryside! The accommodation is very cute and the environment soothing. The host was very welcoming: he received us in person and even offered us Basque pâté, a delicate attention that touched us a lot, thank you very much!

Maud was very friendly, warm and welcoming. She showed us some places to visit, and recommended lovely restaurants and was super helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The house is clean, tidy and has everything you need. It is in a quiet area and walking distance to all amenities, and the beach is about 2kms away. Highly recommend.

Annick is charming and her accommodation is great! The tranquility you can breathe is incredible! The pool in the courtyard is TOP! It even has a couple of bikes available to enjoy. My partner and our dog went and we felt at home. Thank you for your kindness and we hope to be back soon with a little more time!!

We had an incredible time in San Sebastián and a lot of that had to do with our stay here. Such a great location with amazing restaurants and bars near by (you must try Desy Vegas). Paula’s flat was spacious, stylish and had beautiful natural light. 10 out of 10 would recommend to a friend!

We had a wonderful stay in San Sebastián! The apartment was perfectly located — close to everything yet peaceful. Santiago was an amazing host: warm, friendly, and always quick to respond whenever we had a question. The apartment itself was beautiful, bright, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We truly felt at home. We loved it so much that we’re already planning to book the same place again on our next trip without thinking twice. Thank you, Santiago!

First of all, the location can not be beat! It's right on the river and walkable to all the places in town. The apartment was larger than expected and easily accommodated our group. They had little extras in the space that made it even easier and more convenient to stay (like string bags and beach towels)! The owners are lovely and welcoming. If I'm ever back in SS I'd definitely stay there again!

I stayed in San Sebastián for a conference with some friends and the apartment was ideal to share. There are buses nearby that run very frequently. The host was really nice and we chatted on the phone about what to do in the area and answered any questions I had. Great views and friendly neighbors! Highly recommended!
