Holiday rentals in Dormitz

There were 4 of us there with dog it was very nice and quiet. The small farm makes it very idyllic. We had a baby with us and recommend a carry , stroller is not worth it in the village as the streets are very steep. You can go for a very nice walk. The "Hobbit cave" is really a very special place - beautifully designed and furnished with incredible attention to detail (especially for Lord of the Rings fans). You can feel in every corner how much passion and dedication is in here. The atmosphere is cozy, warm and simply enchanting - exactly how you imagine a little break from everyday life. The surroundings are also fantastically beautiful – quiet, idyllic and perfect for relaxing or for walks in nature. We immediately felt welcome and very comfortable. The host was extremely friendly, warm and helpful – you can tell that he really cares about the well-being of his guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to the next time. We will definitely come back - it was just perfect!

Great stay in great mountain scenery in a small village in Austria. We felt right at home. Everything very homely and thoughtfully equipped, great communication with the hostess, who is very proactive and super friendly. We had a great time and would be happy to come back! Kind regards☀️

We absolutely loved our stay with Alex and Brooke. The Airbnb is tucked away in a relatively remote spot, which gave us peaceful mountain views and quiet atmosphere that we were looking for in a weekend getaway. At the same time, it was super convenient to get groceries and breakfast supplies, thanks to Alex providing us with a list of items we could pre-order through him — everything from fresh bakery goods to general groceries. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the garden sauna. It had a stunning view, and everything was thoughtfully arranged — we were even provided with a little basket containing robes and towels, which made the whole experience feel extra cozy and relaxing. They also put together a great list of recommended hiking routes, which we really appreciated, even though it was a bit too chilly for us to head out on the trails this time. But we can definitely recommend a visit to the nearby Aqua Dome!

This is one of the best AirBnB locations we’ve ever stayed in…we had an awesome corner room with huge views of Zugspitze Mountain and the whole valley. It was breathtaking! And the apartment itself was bright and cheerful, well appointed and very comfortable. The bed was the most comfortable we’ve had on our current trip. Fresh bread was available every morning. We had everything we needed to stay in and rest (which we badly needed to do). The location is great; close to mountains and castles, a quaint little town with everything at hand. Finally, you couldn’t ask for nicer hosts. Highly recommend!!

The apartment is very modern and simply top. It feels like a home. We stayed with our 15-year-old daughter and her girlfriend of the same age for 5 days. There was a master bedroom and a room with a 140cm wide bed. From both bedrooms you came to the modern, well-equipped bathroom. Everything was very lovingly prepared for us. There were plenty of drinks in the fridge and fresh fruit and chocolate were waiting for us at the table. There was also coffee, tea, spices, oil, vinegar, cleaning products, etc. The kitchen is modern with everything you need. In the entrance area there is a ski boot dryer. The Achkogelbahn is within easy walking distance. There is also plenty to do in Ötz for non skiers. Ötz and the surroundings are very nice. Gottfried was always accessible and always very accommodating. We will be happy to come back and absolutely recommend Gottfried and his apartment. Unfortunately, the time was over too quickly

The appartment is the whole ground floor of Karin's house, which is very big and with direct access to her beautiful garden. It has beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and very close to all nearby attractions. It is very accessible, which is also its only downside: it's next to the main road. Karin was very attentive and welcoming. Highly recommended.
