You can enjoy the charm of Douelle, a small and very dynamic village on the banks of the Lot, or its water sports recreation center less than 2 km away.

You will be seduced by the many rich heritage of the region and local festivities. Douelle is also: its paragliding site, its nautical port, its leisure base and its equipped beach, all the ingredients for a relaxing stay with family. Shops on site and near the village.

You will have access to our swimming pool (we make sure to use the pool only in the absence of our guests) and can also enjoy a covered terrace and garden.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in a green setting. Located less than an hour from the Dordogne and the most beautiful tourist sites of the Lot. The house is a 5-minute drive from Lake Catus and 15 minutes from Cahors. The house is located on a partially fenced plot of more than 3000 m2. It is at the end of the road and access is via a private road (so no car traffic around) There is a 30 m2 closed kennel.

Small village amid vineyards ; 100 m from Lac de la Vergne, 12 km from Cahors, 6 km from the water base of Caîx, hikes, paragliding, fishing.... Bathroom/WC: Shower in a walk-in laundry: private washing machine with garden furniture quiet environment.. My place is good for couples.
