The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

It is spacious, light and airy with French windows overlooking its own picturesque water source and paddocks. Set in a private and quiet location, but within a 10 minute drive to local shops and 15 to town and airport.The fully equipped kitchen includes a Dishwasher.

This chalet is conveniently located for discovering Périgord: 30 minutes from Périgueux (Périgord Blanc), 30 m from Bergerac (Périgord Pourpre) and 1 hour from Sarlat (Périgord Noir). Village grocery store (bakery/tobacco) 3 km away. Supermarket, fuel, pharmacy 15 minutes away (22 km). Swimming at Lac de Neufont 13 minutes away. Animals are not allowed to swim in the pool.

Quiet and spacious, with a large plot with a pool (heated from March to November) - and an exceptional view of the surrounding countryside, it also offers immediate access to the center of the village. Shops, bars, restaurants, grocery store, market and even cinema are a few minutes walk.
