The studio is equipped with a king bed, full bath, walk-in closet and daybed for a 3rd person.

Downtown Casita / Guesthouse

The Casita is an early 1900's adobe structure that is located in the heart of downtown Albuquerque. The guesthouse and main house were completely rebuilt and renovated in early 2018. The Casita has high end finishes including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk in shower, oversize windows and skylights, ceiling fans, hardwood doors, AC, a covered porch, exposed beams, t&g ceiling and more. We allow up to 2 well trained pets unless prior authorization is obtained.

The charming neighborhood, which is over a century old, is highly walkable and bike-friendly, with a well-established bike route just a half-block away from the Airbnb. This adorable one bedroom casita features eco-friendly products, classy Deco decorating, and an extra cozy Keetsa king bed. The combination of minimal aesthetics with just the right flashy Deco touch creates a cozy, inviting interior. The Casita is completely private and is heated and cooled by mini-splits in the living room and bedroom. There is secure parking for a sedan style vehicle, but it cannot accommodate larger vehicles like large trucks or SUVs.

ONE SMALL DOG welcome without host approval, anything else needs host approval.

This beautiful loft is located at the very heart of Albuquerque's historic Old Town Plaza in Plaza Don Luis. Step out your door and walk to over 100 shops, restaurants and galleries offering unique Southwest and Native American merchandise. The Outpost 1706 Taproom is directly across from the loft where you can enjoy locally crafted beer, wine and spirits. Noisy and Sheehan wineries are located in Plaza Don Luis. Parking is available on site.
