Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Downtown, Anchorage

Alanah was a wonderful host! Great communication before and during the trip. The house was cozy and homey; just like the description and pictures on the listing! We knew exactly what to do, and where supplies were if we needed them. The area was peaceful. Check-in was a breeze, and the house manual was super helpful when I was prepping for the trip.

Comfortable & cozy, the neighborhood was good. Did hear the train & airplanes but wasn’t disruptive. Overall very good & welcoming.

The house is comfortable and private, tucked away from the rest of the neighborhood. This did make it slightly difficult to find the first time. The house is clean and neat, very welcoming! Everything we needed, and more, was at our disposal. Thank you, Raye Ann.

We arrived to a house exactly as described. Great location right near the lake and close to the airport. Mostly quiet with the occasional buzz of seaplanes taking off. The house was beautiful, the beds were comfortable and Johanna was very responsive. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend it if you're looking for something in the Anchorage area.

This was a great place for the 4 of us to stay prior to our cruise. The home was as described in the listing, and reasonably priced compared to hotels in the area. We especially enjoyed hanging out in the cozy living room.

Great place overall. Neighborhood and area is nice. Turkish Delight is very close, which is good. Things to note: -Rooms are downstairs. -One of the showers is in the washer/dryer room. -House is older but remodeled. -10am checkout, which is early compared to other places. -Quiet neighborhood

Kayla was a fantastic host. Very responsive and super friendly. While the outside lacks a bit of curb appeal, don’t let that get to you. The interior has had a beautiful remodel; the kitchen is spacious and new, same with the bathroom which is new. The living area is modern and clean, there’s a desk if you need to work and easy parking access. We stayed during a time of year where there is pretty much constant sunshine, so the bedrooms blackout curtains were much appreciated.

The place was easy to find, really beautifully decorated. Yana was really responsive when we had a concern brought to her. It got resolved very quickly. There were only 3 towels and 5 of us staying, but we made it work. The beds were comfy and so were the pillows. The laundry room had lots of laundry soap and that was super nice and convenient. Other than the neighborhood being a little run down, it was a really great place to stay.

We enjoyed staying at Jacob’s. It was really cool walking onto the back porch and watching two young moose and their mom having an early morning walk.

Would stay and recommend this place.

Clean comfortable stay. Very convenient to the airport and appreciated ability to use laundry facilities. Nearby restaurants and retail shops. We enjoyed watching the birds, thank you.

All was fine. One suggestion— while there were paper towels in the kitchen, we didn’t see any cloth towels for drying dishes.

We had a wonderful stay at Paul and Darlene's. Very comfortable and cozy and had everything we needed! Beautiful home with quality furnishings and was very clean which we appreciated. Would stay again!

Jeff’s place is an incredible Airbnb. The place was very quiet while being centrally located and in a safe neighborhood. It is close to downtown, the lagoon and right on the bay. I stayed for about a week and enjoyed sitting out in the yard watching the sunset over sleeping lady mountain—you can also see Denali from the outdoor sitting area on a clear day. The place was extremely clean and I was thrilled he had a French press as an option for coffee—he had every coffee apparatus imaginable to choose from. If that wasn’t enough, Jeff also picked me up at the airport and pointed out some of the sites in Anchorage as well as the various walking paths. I was traveling alone for work and appreciated the full office set up. I hope to come back and stay here again with my significant other for vacation someday.

Excellent place for a stay in Anchorage. Cozy and quiet location. The house is very clean with complete amenities. Anya is very responsive to any questions you may have and she provides a very quick solution. Will definitely recommend for a stay in Anchorage.

Very clean apartment, comfortable beds! Appreciated the extra treats and waters, as well as having a washer and dryer. Apartment is in a good location for us when visiting family. Excellent communication with owner. (Of note, though, is that the shower water temperature can change very drastically at times). Otherwise very good stay!

We were really pleased with our accommodations. The location was perfect and the apartment was lovely.

This was a perfect place to rest and relax after visiting many places in Anchorage. Ben communicated by checking in with me every couple days making sure i had the perfect experience. I definitely will be back to enjoy more rest and relaxation. Thank you Ben for allowing all of us to experience your home. 10 out of 10.

Cute, convenient little place. Has everything we needed, including a couple ice coolers in freezer that came in handy for one of our longer day trips. Great home base to daily excursions. Grocery store, gas station & restuarants just a few minutes away. Quick access to New & Old Seward Highways.
