Gorgeous front porch with seating area and classic swing. The heart of downtown Burlington. Because we are downtown, we have "city noise" - trains, traffic, and sirens. This is not a quiet little get-away in the country. True city living at its best. The Belle is a no smoking property. No smoking or vaping on the premises.

My husband and I were needing a break from the city and demands of work. We didn’t want to get too far away from Raleigh and Benjamin’s home was the nice retreat. The king bed is comfortable, the home tastefully decorated, and the rooms were very clean. When we arrived, the only cooling system operating in the home was the ceiling fan in the living room, which made the bedroom a bit stuffy/warm. Benjamin’s team was quick to respond and let us know there was a window unit available for our use.

Tasha's room was spotlessly clean, with a private bath and one of the most comfortable beds ever. Everything I needed for a temporary home office was there, too. Tasha was gracious and welcoming. This stay felt excellent in every way, with twice the comfort of a luxury hotel at less than half the price.

I had a nice stay. I needed the place out of emergency need as I was coming from out of state and my hotel fell through. I felt comfortable as a solo female college student and the house was super cute. The pizza place literally next door was a life-saver, convenience store across the street too. Very clean. The only thing was the lock on the bathroom and the towel smelled a little funky but it might have been sitting in the back of a closet or something.

I felt right at home when I arrived. The common area was very nicely decorated with multicultural designs that seemed to all flow together bringing a sense of welcoming and unity. Xin not only wanted to ensure that everything was perfect during my stay but also very understanding and welcoming as well. I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the respectful quietness of the other guests, it was almost like there was no one else in the house. Xin I want to personally thank you for all of your kind words, for your encouragement as we spoke about private matters affecting my life as I learn to transition from the life I knew into the new life I must face and rebuild. Your hospitality and your encouragement blessed me more than I could say here but know that you helped me to see beyond myself and my circumstances and I am much grateful for your wisdom,knowledge and encouragement.
