Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Downtown Jersey City

The host was pleasant. He was available in case you had any concerns. However there was no concerns. We had a great stay. His home is very welcoming after a long journey. I don’t frequently travel to NYC. But if and when I do this is where o will stay. It’s a safe, quiet neighborhood and the place is clean, and very comfortable. My daughter has a 5 month old and the house even had a baby crib. Mr. Imtiaz, house supply your every need. A great stay for the price. We really appreciate him for being so caring to provide for his guests nothing bad or disappointing can be said about this AIRBNB. Mark is an extremely responsive host. The cottage was quaint and had exactly what we needed for our stay. It was clean, and he was proactive about communication with us as well as responsive when we had questions. The area has lots of great restaurants but is still safe and quiet. We will absolutely be back as I visit the area often. Five star review!

Felt like staying at a friend’s—host was incredibly kind and welcoming. We booked this Airbnb last minute for a quick NYC trip, and the host was exceptional from start to finish. She responded quickly, confirmed our stay right away, and shared helpful info before our trip. She checked in about our arrival time and was so understanding about flight delays. Check-in was seamless, and the place was exactly as described—beautiful, clean, and so well-decorated I wanted to take the furniture home! The A/C was off upon arrival, as the host had let us know in advance, and we just needed a moment to figure it out—no issue at all once it was on. The location is great: just 5–10 mins from Newark Penn Station, which takes you straight into Manhattan near Times Square and MSG. We had a blast exploring and felt totally supported by our host, who offered thoughtful recommendations and checked in throughout. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting the area!

We loved our stay at Sal’s place! It was spotless and well thought out. We had all we needed. Comfy bed—slept great. Everything was so nice. Super grateful for Sal’s parking assistance. Great guy. Emily’s place was more than I expected. They had quality sheets and blankets(sooo soft), quality kitchenware and good TP! Additionally the location was fantastic, I absolutely fell in love with Hoboken. I felt safe and had tons of great little stores to walk to. Definitely recommend!

One word -PERFECT. This place felt exactly like home. We had everything we needed during our stay and even more than we could think of! The floors were clean, bathrooms, beds, everything is tidy. Victor was responsible and quick replying host , he was very nice and friendly! Neighborhood is lovely, we felt safe and loved walking down to our bus station to get to NYC. I really enjoyed the unit. The building was very peaceful. I love the parking spot out back very accessible to getting to New York and through the tunnel. Grocery store was right around the corner. Everything was clean and well maintained very spacious. Mabel was extremely communicative. She’s such a grace host. Me and my family really enjoyed. The unit would definitely rent it again. Staying at Laura’s cozy studio was absolutely wonderful! The space was so clean and welcoming, we definitely felt at home staying here. Laura was super responsive to all of our questions and an excellent host. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a convenient and peaceful place to stay with accessibility to manhattan and citi field via the subway. Would definitely stay here again when visiting NYC!

We enjoyed our stay here and it was comfortable for us to sleep 4 people. The bedrooms were nice and bathroom recently updated. We experienced some loud noise from the above neighbors on a Sunday morning but other than that it was quite. There is a nice washer and dryer with detergent that we used too. It was also nice to be close to Pershing field park and not far to get on the PATH train into NYC.

Everything about our stay was great! The home was comfortable, beautiful, clean, unique, as described, with amazing views! We would definitely stay here again when coming to the City. Alex was a very responsive host from the very first contact. All of our questions were answered within minutes. I would recommend this home and working with Alex any time!

Linyan was an incredible host! Not only was she friendly and helpul, she even surprised us with a cake and presents for my daughter's 5th birthday while we were there! Truly a wonderful place to stay with a great host. 10/10 would recommend and stay again!

staying here for the second time, and felt very peaceful, comfy and spacious place like the first time. the host adjusted as I had to check in early. this place has all the amenities that one will need washer/dryer, microwave, refrigerator. Will stay here again if I have to.
