Holiday rentals with a patio in Downtown, Norfolk

This was our second time staying here. We love the location and and Vonda is a great host. She is very responsive and gives excellent instructions. Her place is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

We had a great time! The host was very helpful during check-in. The place is very cozy and 10min from the beach. The neighbors were friendly too.

Enjoyed our stay and Sally was very helpful with check in and responsive with responding to questions.

OK, Cindy‘s unit was by far the best one bedroom unit that I have stayed in. It is the second best unit I’ve stayed in overall! It was squeaky clean, very cozy and inviting, very quiet, and it was good for sleeping and relaxing.If you have the opportunity to book this unit, don’t hesitate! I will say there are a number of stairs in order to get into the unit, but other than that wow, simply wow!

We loved our stay at Jule’s place. She was incredibly helpful with local recommendations and perfect communication. Her spot was well located for our visit to False Cape State Park. Would absolutely stay here again!

I’ve never booked an Airbnb before, so I was feeling a little apprehensive. Aimee’s condo is in a giant complex right on the beach in Sandbridge with gorgeous surroundings and two great restaurants within walking distance. Being a senior citizen, I had a little trouble finding her parking spot in the huge garage. I messaged Aimee and she had someone available on the premises to come right out and help me, which was such a relief! I’ve never operated a lockbox before to get the key, but that was pretty easy. Once inside the condo I was thrilled! Her third floor unit was spotless and really comfortable with a gorgeous view. It had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

This place was all we needed for a quick trip to the bay. I loved all of the art, really made it feel unique!! Thanks again.

Had an amazing stay, was provided with helpful instructions when needed and the Airbnb didn’t lack any necessities. Was easy to get around and was positioned near many fun activities. 10/10 trip largely due to this listing!

The place was beautiful inside and out. My family and I felt like we’re at home. I love the outdoor space. Most of the times, my parents and I chilled outside enjoying the weather and chitchatting with each other. My family and I came down from Pennsylvania to visit my sisters who live about 10-15 mins away from the home. My family and I had a great time during our weekend stay. Hopefully one day we’ll come back and stay at this beautiful home again. I highly recommend this beautiful home. Definitely 5 stars :)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and in a neighborhood that had such a nostalgic, charming feel to it. The home itself was spotless and well cared for, and Keyonna was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’d definitely stay here again!

I found the home clean comfortable extremely close to actives I was in town for would certainly stay again if I find myself in the area

We rented Jonathan’s house to attend the local graduation of a family member and to visit other family in the area. Jonathan’s place was perfect! Great location in a beautiful, safe, peaceful neighborhood, minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, banks, etc. The house was clean and tidy, and the backyard deck was great. The fenced-in back yard was a huge plus as well, as we could let our dog run free to get out his “zoomies.” Highly recommended, and we hope to stay here again when visiting the area!

The host was so kind and made sure we had a comfortable stay! The AC ended up not working due to an accidental mishap when she was working on her yard! She was able to get the AC fixed as we arrived to the Air BNB and we had the coolest room ever ( which we love) especially on a hot day! We are thankful for the time she took to get that done ASAP! She also had a wonderful cute cottage with all that you’d need for a short stay! It was equipped with great dishes and all the things you’d need for a perfect stay in a home :) it was extremely clean and decorated nicely for your small family! It also has a beautiful back yard oasis to sit out and relax or go for a swim :) you won’t want to miss this Airbnb!! Located near the beach and a great park and walking paths for you kiddos!! All you need nearby just a short walk away!! It was a great getaway for the weekend with a very kind host who is always there to help if needed :)

Had a great girls weekend. It was peaceful and such a cute and quiet neighborhood. We would stay again. It’s located close to everything. The hot water was wonderful. 🤭

Mr Gabriel’s home exceeded our expectations! He was very detailed with his check in instructions and lets you know where everything is upfront. Communication was great, he checked in daily to make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything. This place is very comfy and feels like home. It’s more spacious than what the photos show, especially the bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a large walk-in closet along with an en-suite bathroom. Both bathrooms have standing showers and fully stocked with toiletries. Bedrooms #2 and #3 are spacious with a nice size closet space. Description doesn’t mention about a 4th bedroom but it was locked and off limits. Plenty of towels and washcloths were available in the hallway closet. Fenced in backyard for children to play outside. Kitchen has a dishwasher, a full size washer and dryer, Keurig machine, toaster over, air fryer and all utensils we needed to make our meals. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. God willing, I’ll rebook this for future trips.

Gorgeous ocean views, great location, the balcony was the favorite spot the entire stay! Comfortable furniture, nice little cozy condo! Highly recommend the stay if you’re in the area!

Susan's Airbnb is the place to be in Virginia Beach. We felt at home right away and loved to short walk to the beach. We would definitely come back!

Overall this a great find, close to the beach, nice pool, easy access. Kattia was very fast to respond and had some great suggestions. She left us water bottles and rain ponchos which thankfully we didn't need. We found the unit to be very clean and fresh and she has thought of everything. The only issue we had was the TV in the master would not connect to the wifi but we didn't really need it. Loved having access to the pool from the sliding door in the master bedroom. We met some of the other owners and they were all very nice. It was also nice to be so close to Harris Teeter.

Nickie's place was excellent for our family of 4 adults and 1 toddler. It had all of the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay.

Outstanding spring vacation spot. My favorite time to visit the beach, just before it gets busy. Sammie’s space is everything you’ll need for your next beach sojourn.

Great place for the price. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed the high top table & stools on the balcony. Randy seems Iike a very nice person, even though we didn't meet him. He was very quick to answer any emails that I had sent. The bikes were an added bonus. We used them the whole time we were there. I would stay here again or recommend it to someone.

Can't say enough good things about Cheryl. She was super responsive before and during our stay. Even greeted us the day we arrived and helped us navigate. She had lots of extras that many owners do not- beach chairs, umbrellas, a canopy and even beach towels, which we didn't need to use since we brought our own. Her unit was very nice; roomy and nice furnishings, kitchen well equipped, and liked the shower accessories (shampoo, conditioner and soap) and how they were located in the shower. My only recommendation to her was to have more towels for guests. She quickly addressed that need to our satisfaction. She was super.
