Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Downtown, Sacramento

This unit was the perfect size for two people with plenty of off street parking. The location was close to everything we needed. Even though it's on a busy street it's behind the main house and very quiet.

I've stayed here before, and have been satisfied both times. Wayne keeps the place clean and it is furnished very nicely. Everything about it is comfortable. The beds are great, and the couch in the living room is super spacious and comfortable.

Really happy with my stay in the F Apartments. Every single detail there has been thought to cover any need you might have, and you can see from the first minute that the hosts have taken care of you even before the arrival; the decoration, the cleaning, the comfort ... Everything has been perfect. And when it has not ( been there for 3 weeks), Luis and Rob have been super quick and have had an exquisite attention. I was super confident on them and both Robert and Luis have shown to be extremely kind hosts.

Absolutely loved staying here! Hosts were very responsive and incredibly kind. The location was great, my friend and I walked to several restaurants. We truly enjoyed relaxing outside and their leather couch is incredibly comfortable. If you want to play the pinball machine make sure you bring plenty of quarters! Lovely bathroom but if you are a self conscious person might be beneficial to bring some poo-pourri. Dish rack and rags are under the sink for easy storage. If you are Door Dashing food be very clear with your delivery instructions haha Thanks again for letting us stay in your lovely home! It was perfect!

From the beginning until the end of the stay, it was so peaceful, beautiful, romantic, quaint, and secluded! Can't say enough good things! 5+ stars!

The apartment was beautiful, very clean, and located in a great area, close to everything! The only challenge was finding the parking garage, especially with all the one-way streets nearby, which made it a bit frustrating to navigate. Other than that, the place was very well put together and made for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend!

My significant other and I had such a great stay! Fawzia was an incredibly warm and welcoming host — super easy to communicate with. Her husband was also very kind, and their sweet dog made me feel right at home. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I also loved seeing all of their beautiful birds on the property — such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend booking with Fawzia!

Host was great! Only thing was that you can't put the A/C under 72 or the system freezes. Otherwise, super clean, spacious, and comfortable. Close to a lot of places and beautiful trees everywhere! Great stay.

I stayed several months at Kelly’s home after my own house was damaged by a large walnut tree during a severe storm. Kelly herself was such a comfort to me during this time:warm, supportive and caring. She was always available to offer help if I needed it but also conscientious about respecting my privacy. Charm & Warmth was exactly what I needed to feel right at home with its big backyard, fun decor, comfortable furniture, all the necessary amenities and dependable wi-fi. We absolutely loved our stay at The Secret Garden Duplex in Sacramento’s charming Curtis Park neighborhood. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the fragrant jasmine blooming around the archway and lush, beautifully maintained landscaping that made the whole property feel like a peaceful retreat. The interior of the home was cozy, stylish, and thoughtfully appointed—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We especially enjoyed the comfortable living space and well-stocked kitchen, which made it easy to prepare a picnic dinner that we enjoyed outside in the garden with a bottle of wine. The outdoor garden area was a highlight—peaceful, colorful, and full of blooming flowers. We loved spending time there and taking in the lovely surroundings. We also took daily walks through the neighborhood, admiring the manicured yards, incredible plants, and charming homes that make Curtis Park such a special area. Highly recommend!

The overall stay was good, but the linens and towels were few. The kitchen had all the utensils needed to prepare a meal. however, the washer had an issue, there were a loud clicking sound when in use. also there was a strange smell downstairs, we figured it was something in the locked closet. finally, the wreath on the front door has a bird's nest in there, so when opening the door one night the bird flew into the front bathroom, we were able to get it out very quickly. someone should take care of that, don't want the little bird to get hurt.

The condo was amazing and perfect. There were a few things that were our of the host's control (such as neighbors suddenly getting noisy) However the host and co host kept communication and stepped in when they could. Overall amazing stay and so great full for them both.

was pretty cozy and close to old sacramento and downtown. right next to the freeway but if you closed the windows you cant hear it at all!

Great stay and great place! I was only at Danielle's place for a quick night but it was a nice-sized condo that met all of my needs.

I had a wonderful stay at Douglas’s penthouse. Everything was very clean, the kitchen had everything I needed, and all amenities worked perfectly. The location is amazing and ideal for walking to the many restaurants and shops in town. Parking was easy and he was very communicative throughout my stay. I would absolutely return, thank you Douglas!

Robyn is a great host, she was proactive and always very responsive. The home is very well equipped and clean. The openness via the patio doors in each room was all the fresh air we needed, there was rarely a need for the a/c. The area itself is very centrally located, with events for the public held at least a few times a week that are within walking distance. We would definitely return when visiting the area again.

I cannot recommend this place enough, the best experience I have ever had with a host by far. The place was exactly as advertised and Matt was extremely helpful with local recommendations and always being responsive. I instantly felt at home, and am so glad I booked the stay. The location is great with beautiful outdoor activities and trails all around. The experience was a 20/10, definitely book if you have the chance!

Stayed here while my Mom went in for major surgery at Kaiser Morse. Perfect location for our base only 6-8 minutes away. We were able to visit 3 times a day and weren’t exhausted from commuting an hour + one way. Secure parking spots.
