Monthly Rentals in Downtown, Saint Paul

Very quiet and had every thing, my husband and I did not need to buy anything. The apartment was in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We were able to extend our stay for 2 more nights, Marie and Jeromeo responded right away. We were able to do some laundry there too. I would recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. The bed was also very comfortable.

Had a wonderful work stay here in St.Paul. Was much bigger of a space than I was expecting. Everything was extremely easy and accessible in the apartment & I really appreciated the space as a whole.

Holly’s place is super accessible to all you want to do in downtown/lower town St Paul. It wasn’t where it showed on the first map, but was still close enough to my daughter’s place to make it perfect. Just big enough for 2 and comfortable. The kitchen has lots of things in it, although we did not cook anything, because of all the great restaurants to eat at. I did try the chocolate shop in the building for coffee/tea and dessert to take to the room!! It is a locked building in the evening, open in the daytime but always requires the key fob they give you for the elevator. Also got a parking pass but didn’t need that. Also it is part of the inside walkway system that takes you from building to building all through town, great for rain or cold!!!

I enjoyed staying here with my boyfriend & pup! Very beautiful view of the cathedral and very nice backyard. Very clean and cozy. I will definitely be coming back when i come to st. paul again! Only negative thing to note: It is part of a whole house, so i could hear EVERYTHING upstairs including conversations & heavy foot steps, also people walking in the backyard. but wasn’t a bother compared to all the good things this place has to offer!
