Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Downtown Seattle

Amazing guest home - super comfortable and beautiful design/furnishings. Loved our stay! The layout is 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor with a full bath and laundry. 2nd floor is the kitchen/living and other full bath. Allory was quick to communicate with us. Check-in and parking are very convenient. One of our favorite Airbnbs to date.

Sam's place was a perfect getaway for our short stay in Anchorage. Unit is well stocked, comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice little place right across the street from Lincoln Park. Very easy to walk to the park, or to the ferry terminal. There is also a bus stop (C Line) less than a block away, which takes you directly into downtown. The bus is convenient and very cheap. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Hosts are very responsive, and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare food. The in-unit laundry is also great. Not a whole lot of stores or restaurants within walking distance but that wasn’t a problem for me. I walked anyway, and either way, I enjoyed my stay.

Absolutely a great place to stay and perfectly located to everything you would want to have and see. A parking spot is available, but it’s so easy to get to her place from the airport and we would highly recommend using the public transportation and forget the car. Enjoy Seattle on foot. No shortage of interesting things to see on foot. This was a wonderful place to stay with great amenities and safe and secured access to the building. We will be back and this will be our go to place to stay anytime we come to Seattle in the future. A shoutout to Judy for being a great host.

Was an amazing stay in a cute neighbourhood. We were able to walk to the pier for a quick sea bus downtown. Great location. Great stay.

It was such a nice lovely stay. lots of adequate space for one person. i got to wake up every morning to the catio, which was the best part. Lisa is so nice, helpful and understanding. 10/10 would totally stay again.

Staying here made our week-long volunteer jobs so much more manageable! With a comfy bed, lots of hot water, and a kitchen to make a quick cup of coffee or late night snack, we had all we needed after long days of set-up, festival, and strike.

Airbnb was in a great central walkable location. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Couple of handy good to know: exit main entrance go left, make left at corner, walk to next corner there is a good convenience store or make the left and 1/2 down the block is a bakery (Macarina) delicious for coffee or light breakfast/lunch. Room itself is basic in decor and furniture. Most importantly the bed was very comfortable and bathroom clean and worked well. The unit had everything we needed nice refrigerator, coffee maker and wash /dryer. The building itself had very nice amenities for a city apartment and security at the front desk. We never felt unsafe walking the area. We Had some of the best communication before and during the stay from the host that we have ever received.

Great location - right in the middle of everything! Would stay here again next time we are in Seattle!

LOCATION, LOCATION Karthik's place was close to all of the things we planned for our 2 night stay in Seattle. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to see. We were starting a cruise from Seattle and we only needed to walk 2 blocks, downhill, to our cruise terminal. The condo comfortably accommodates 2 people. We would stay again!

This house is incredible. The location is perfect, walking distance to many food and drink spots. There is an amazing coffee shop right on the corner. Sauna and soaking tub are relaxing. The house is clean and organized and has clear instructions. Hosts are helpful and knowledgable. Highly recommend!

This property is 100% the best location! chill part of city, very safe. we walked late at night with no issues. easy walk to water front, pike market, we even walked to t mobile park for a game and didn't take long, amd u get to scope out cool restaurants and retail along the way. 15 min stroll to space needle area. the property is perfect space for 2. super cool history, very well restored. super secure entry. would stay here again when in seattle

Used this spot for a quick solo work trip and was great for my needs. Ideal location, easy self check-in, clean, responsive host. I'm not at all sensitive to noise but as the other reviews state, the street noise is very loud so ear plugs recommended. Regardless, would stay again next time I'm in Seattle.

The apartment was clean, tidy, and comfortable. It’s in a great location with famous attractions, large shopping malls, and supermarkets nearby. Transportation is very convenient — there are light rail and bus options that make it easy to get to the airport and major city sights. The host was very thoughtful and shared helpful details in advance. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We loved our stay in Phuongs studio. The central location worked really well for us, so we walked everywhere from the studio. Parking spot in the garage was a big plus. The studio is well organised, and a good base for a couple. It had everything we needed for our stay. The little rooftop terrace was a nice plus, so we could sit there and enjoy the evening. Phuong gave very good instructions for the stay, and was always very responsive.

Loved this location! Was only in Seattle for 3 days but I felt this location was the perfect middle ground for all the spots we wanted to explore. Big plus that was it was only 14 min walking from the Pike and 10 min away from the station to and from the airport. Host is also communicative, friendly, and had great instructions that made checking in/out easy. Would recommend!

Our stay in Leif’s condo was awesome! The rooms were clean, and the daily supplies were well-prepared. The check-in/check-out and parking instructions were very clear, so we could find our way to check in quickly. Additionally, Leif left a guide to local attractions and restaurants, which was very useful for foreign tourists like us. The overall experience of staying at Leif’s place was fantastic, and we will definitely recommend it to friends. It will also be our first choice for our next trip to Seattle.

Amazing location around the block from Pike's Place Market and right in the middle of downtown. Beautiful apt. with a ton of amenities and the convenience of a Target in the building. Host was very proactive and communicated with us regularly with helpful tips and great instructions. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Seattle.

The rental was enclosed proximity to several areas we wanted to explore. We had no problem walking everywhere.
